Our detached 3 bed, 2 bath villa is situated in the mature residential area of Los Claveles, Playa Blanca. Los Claveles is a small development of only 48 detached homes. The villa is centrally situated on its large corner plot of over 1125 square metres, and has a living space of around 186 square metres. The villa is entered through its own secure, lockable gate and our guest's vehicles can be parked in the private drive, The property has been built in a typical Canarian style and has many interesting traditional features.
The villa is South facing and has spectacular, uninterrupted views across Playa Blanca to the sea, and beyond, to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. It has an extensive sea facing covered terrace, around 80m2, with ample dining and seating opportunities to allow guests to fully appreciate and enjoy the views. The covered terrace is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the view and find a spot of shade.
Our villa benefits from a large private pool which is situated on a tiled lower terrace with sun beds and further outdoor dining. There are a small number of stairs from the covered terrace leading down to the pool area. The pool terrace is an excellent place for sun worshippers to relax and enjoy the sun. The pool is heated by solar power and has a custom made insulated pool cover to retain heat overnight.The pool is a good size and measures approximaterly 8m in length by 3.5m wide by 1.5m deep. Pool towels are provided.
The outdoor area is further complimented by well maintained, colourful gardens and traditional cactus planting. These gardens surround the villa and provide colour and interest all year round.
.All the accommodation in the villa is on one level. The bright entrance hall, which leads to the lounge area, has a huge picture window allowing a first glimpse of the sea views. The lounge has a vaulted ceiling making this room feel airy and bright. This area contains comfortable seating and a dining table for 6 persons. The villa also has all British TV channels available to view with a catch up and recording facility. Free internet access is also provided. From the lounge area, double French doors open onto the spacious terrace where spectacular panoramic views can be enjoyed. The terrace has plenty of outdoor seating, dining furniture and also has an outdoor grill.
The modern kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary utensils you may require and appliances such as hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher are in place, It also has a seating area. Beyond the kitchen you will find the utility room with large fridge freezer and a washing machine. An external door leads out to the garden to a drying area for laundry.
All three bedrooms are situated along a hallway. There is a twin room with two single beds, a lovely vaulted ceiling, and built in wardrobes. The third bedroom also has twin beds with built in wardrobe space and has spectacular views of the pool and Fuerteventura. Both twin bedrooms share use of the family bathroom, which has an over the bath shower.
The Primary Bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed and it also has a spacious built in wardrobe It has double French doors which open out onto the terrace. This bedroom is also fortunate to have the beautiful views across the sea. The en-suite has a very large wet room for showering as well as a separate area for the toilet, bidet and double sink.
The villa is situated close to the village of Playa Blanca. The village can be easily reached as it is a 5 minute drive away, 20 minute walk or a taxi rank is situated within a one minute walk from the villa. This taxi ride costs around a few Euros each way.
The villa is close to local amenities with an excellent small supermarket, adjoined to a hotel, situated a 100m walk away. The hotel is perfect for nearby dining as it is open to non-residents. There is also a stunning complex which has a pool bar and restaurant a minutes walk away, perfect if guests prefer a more casual eating experience. We can provide a Welcome Pack if required.
All in all, our villa offers the discerning holiday maker a relaxing environment, close to all the amenities with some of the best views on the island
