Description
This beautiful, traditionally Spanish Style Vacation Rental Home with heated pool, with a roof terrace is an easy stroll (approximately 20 minutes) into Playa Blanca and Dorada Beach.The Vacation Rental Home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite).
The light airy lounge/diner has a comfortable sofa, The lounge also boasts a 50 inch TV with IPTV and DVD player.
The Kitchen comes fully equipped, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee percolator. The washing machine is in the utility room. An iron and board plus a hair dryer are supplied.
The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and sink.
Twin bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes has access to the shared bathroom, with a walk in shower, toilet and sink.
Outside you will find the shaded alfresco dining area with fitted bench seating and an outside dining table and chairs.
The 8 x 4m electrically heated water pool is surrounded by a large spacious terrace with wonderful views to the mountain range of Femes. 4 Sun loungers along with cushions have been provided for your use along with a Canarian BBQ. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. The pool heating is an extra cost of €5 per day.
Free Wifi is provided at this villa.
The Vacation Rental Home is fully registered as a rental property with the local Ayuntamiento (council), the registration number is VV-35-3-0002025.

Just far enough out to be nice and quiet and close enough to walk into town if you felt like it or take a cab for around 3-4 Euros. Lovely view from the back looking out towards the mountain pass at Femés Villa is laid out very well with everything you’d need to cook for the week, there’s a good sized fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher too. Good quality towels provided for the pool and the shower. Couple of good quality fans for the nights when it’s a bit muggy and TV is pretty good too if that’s your thing. The rear garden, pool and patio areas lovely suntraps both AM and PM well into October and likely beyond. All in all a great place for a quiet relaxing stay with most of the creature comforts of home. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook If I was able to tie in my availability and that of this villa again Ed
