Description
This lovely modern detached Vacation Rental Home is very spacious and airy due to large free flowing doors. Situated at 20-25 minutes walk from Playa Flamingo beach & amenities it is within easy walking distance of Playa Blanca centre. There is a mini-market at the local hotel Paradise Island at 5 minutes walk for your essentials. Bus stop & taxi rank 10 minutes walk.It consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. one of which is ensuite.
Fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, hand blender, coffee percolator and toaster. The washing machine is in the utility area.
2 bedrooms with a kingsize bed, both with TV and fire sticks. One Master has its own ensuite bathroom (with bath & shower over the bath, bidet & twin sinks), whilst the 2nd and the 3rd bedroom (which has twin beds) share a bathroom. This bathroom also has a bath with shower over and bidet.
A modern lounge with a 70" screen TV with internet TV system (including BBC & ITV channels) and an open plan dining area.
Outside on the private terrace you will find the large private heated pool with roman steps 0.5m shallow to 1.7m, size 7m x 3.5m approx with patio table and chairs. A Pool Table is provided for your enjoyment.
6 sun loungers are provided for your use with an outside sofa and chairs.
A Canarian built-in BBQ is provided for your use.
FREE Fibre internet and WIFI at this villa.

By The Mulletts and Nobles. on 01-May-202031st July to 14th August 2019 - Just to say thank you for a lovely stay at Villa 467, Playa Blanca. The villa was fantastic and we all had a lovely relaxing holiday. Already looking at booking again for next year, so as soon as the flight schedules are out we'll get in touch, thanks again for a great holiday, .
