The property occupies a quarter acre plot consisting of private gardens, off road parking for several vehicles, a large terrace featuring a brick built BBQ, Covered seating area and an impressive 40ft solar heated swimming pool with an electric heating option for winter season guests.

The property itself is spacious, bright and clean with minimalistic furnishings. There is a central open plan living area which flows in to a separate dining area and feature divided fitted kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to a laundry room and a second living area (Snug) with 2 double sofa beds which may be used as a 5th bedroom upon request. From the main living area there are 2 sleeping wings each consisting of 2 bedrooms ( 1 x Double + 1 x Twin in each wing) and modern bathrooms. (Total 4/5 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom).

The property is fitted with all the appliances you would expect for your convenience including a dishwasher, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine and Television with app based on demand services including Netflix, Disney Plus and YouTube Kids. Unlimited Wifi Access is included at no extra cost.

The property is licensed for tourist lettings as a Vacation Rental Home and has achieved VV certification ensuring you of the highest standards and facilities. VV-35-3-0002778

Pricing:
Our pricing model is simple with rates based on the use of bedrooms (2 guests max per bedroom). Please note whilst sleeping 12 the property is licensed for a maximum of 8 adults (4 bedrooms) therefore any additional guests must be below 12 years of age.
Please note bedrooms/wings not required will be closed off for the duration of your stay. This is to minimise cleaning costs which is reflected in the rates quoted for smaller parties.
School Holiday Rate: Easter, Christmas, Summer Holiday, Half terms.
Standard rate: All other times.
All prices quoted are inclusive of IGIC (Local Taxes)

Payment:
20% Deposit with booking. Balance Due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Instalment plans available.
A £250 Damage Bond is payable with all final balances refundable within 7 days of vacating the property free from damages.
Payments accepted in GBP (£) or equivalent Euro (€) value at time of booking.
All Payments are protected by "Simply Owners" Payment Protection Guarantee.
