Description
Casa Buenos is our large privately owned family holiday home situated in the heart of Playa Blanca on the esteemed Las Margaritas Urbanisation. At just 200m from Playa Flamingo Beach and strolling distance to the Harbour, Aqualava Water Park and the Town Centre Restaurants, Bars, Cafe’s and Shops all that Playa Blanca has to offer is truly on your doorstep.The property occupies a quarter acre plot consisting of private gardens, off road parking for several vehicles, a large terrace featuring a brick built BBQ, Covered seating area and an impressive 40ft solar heated swimming pool with an electric heating option for winter season guests.
The property itself is spacious, bright and clean with modern minimalistic furnishings. There is a central open plan living area which flows in to a separate dining area and feature divided fitted kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to a laundry room and a second living area (Snug) with 2 double sofa beds which may be used as a 5th bedroom upon request. From the main living area there are 2 sleeping wings each consisting of 2 bedrooms ( 1 x Double + 1 x Twin in each wing) and modern bathrooms. (Total 4/5 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom).
The property is fitted with all the appliances you would expect for your convenience including a dishwasher, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine and Television with app based on demand services including Netflix, Disney Plus and YouTube Kids. Unlimited Wifi Access is included at no extra cost.
The property is licensed for tourist lettings as a Vacation Rental Home and has achieved VV certification ensuring you of the highest standards and facilities. VV-35-3-0002778

The Online Nightly rate is based on up to 4 Guests assuming 2 guests per bedroom.
Please enter your number of guests and duration of stay in order to calculate a more accurate online estimate which will then include any late availability or long stay discounts. Alternatively please feel free to contact me for a friendly no obligation quotation.
All prices quoted are inclusive of IGIC (Local Taxes)
Please note whilst sleeping 10 the property is licensed for a maximum of 8 adults (4 bedrooms) therefore any additional guests must be below 12 years of age.
Please note bedrooms/wings not required may be closed off for the duration of your stay. This is to minimise cleaning costs which is reflected in the rates quoted for smaller parties.
Long Stay Discount* (14 nights minimum):
For guests wishing to enjoy longer stays at Casa Buenos we offer the choice of weekly complimentary bed linen and towel changes, or a 10% Discount off the nightly rate from the second week onwards for those who prefer not to be disturbed and service their own laundry via the facilities provided.
NHS Discount:
Extended to all (UK/EU) Emergency Services and Military.

Payment:
20% Deposit with booking. Balance Due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Instalment plans available.
A £250 Damage Bond is payable with all final balances refundable within 7 days of vacating the property free from damages.
Payments accepted in GBP (£) or equivalent Euro (€) value at time of booking.
All Payments are protected by "Simply Owners" Payment Protection Guarantee.
Minimum Stay:
Please note our standard bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights. Whilst 5 or 6 night bookings are shown as an option on the availability calendar these can only be accepted when the availability period is less than 7 nights.

Leave ReviewAmazing and accessible villa
By Liz Sinclair on 14-Sep-2025We have been searching for a long time to find a villa that works for us, and finally we have found the perfect one! Beautiful villa, large and airy with great outside space and a huge pool. Everything was accessible which, as a disabled person, is important to me. The villa is all on one level, no stairs to content with; there is even a walk-in shower with a bench to sit on if you need it. The pool was amazing, accessed by lots of shallow steps and a full handrail to help you in and out, very unusual in this area as most places have either a loop handrail or none at all. It meant I could get in and out of the pool unaided, which was fantastic for my independence. The location is ideal too; it's at the end of a quiet, residential cul-de-sac with no passing traffic and literally no noise. I hired a mobility scooter and was able to get to anywhere I needed within 5-10 minutes, including Flamingo Beach, Playa Limones and Papagaya; even the Marina Rubicon was only a 15 minute ride on the scooter, with the added bonus of beautiful views the whole way. The owner (Rob) was brilliant; answered my multitude of questions patiently and thoroughly, making sure I was 100% confident before I booked the villa, even extending the dates to help us find the right flights. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, even answering a couple of questions by text while we were actually at the villa. The perfect host. We loved this villa so much we didn't want to come home after 3 weeks! So much so that we're booking it again for another 3 weeks next year! Highly recommended, you won't regret it.
Perfect in every way

Large spacious villa, equipped with everything you need and more, superb pool in gorgeous setting, not overlooked. Perfect location for beach, harbour, shops, restaurants and Playa Blanca town itself offering more of the above just minutes away by foot via a brilliant shortcut. Finally Rob the owner, the perfect host and quick to respond to any queries and providing lots of helpful information. So so pleased we found this villa and can’t wait to go back.

Heaven on Earth- loved it!!
By Louise Martindale on 15-Jun-2024We loved everything about the villa and the location. The villa is in a peaceful and beautiful location. There's a short walk to both the beach and harbour. We hired a car but we didn't really need it as everything you need is within walking distance. If you want to venture further afield all of the attractions offer transport. We loved it so much that we are going back this year. I can't wait!
A stunning and spacious stay

It’s lovely and spacious with a big (well-maintained) pool, communal outdoor areas and a comfortable living space indoors. It was a generous, relaxing and pristine space for our group of five to enjoy their holiday and we all plan to be back with our families! Also great communication from the host.
