Amazing Villa Privately owned just Meters from Marina Rubicon, Amazing support, Refurbished, Loved by Owners
Our 3 bed villa is suitable for 2 people and large enough for up to six people but with en suite master bedroom is great for couples as well. We are JUST 250 meters from the Marina Rubicon and a nice stroll to the lovely Dorada Beach both accessible on foot as are many bar's, restaurants, shops and two good supermarkets and crucially being in a cul-de-sac you will get the sense of privacy and security which is of course very important.
Over the past five years there have been a number of improvements to the villa and in 2013 we invested in new lava walls and patio to create a feeling of traditional Lanzarote in the garden area for our clients and this is not all as the garden is planted with palms and cactus to create a truly Mediterranean atmosphere which complement your own private pool.
Many of our visitors are couples who enjoy the bigger space than a two bed villa however for larger groups or families there is ample space for up to six people. Crucially our repeat booking record is 60% and this means we are getting things about right we think. The villa is very popular because of location, great support and attention to detail.
Pool is private and Solar heated but not Electric heated so more kind to the environment but less warm in winter.
Your package includes full clean before arrival, bathroom towels, sheets, pool towels, Telefonica Wi Fi high quality package, TV with many British channels and football. Service support for in case of need, full information pack which tells you where to go and how to find villa, instant English speaking WhatsApp response from Phil before you leave for little questions, 6 sun loungers with soft covers, fully equipped kitchen with most things you have at home, newly refurbished master bathroom.

By Lesley Lines on 09-Nov-2022Phil and Dawn are wonderful hosts, and every need is catered for. We have holidayed in both villas over the years and both are maintained to a high standard. Rooms are well furnished, clean and very comfortable and are complimented by interesting pieces of modern art and wall hangings. The smaller villa has a wonderful, beautifully finished bathroom. The rooms are spacious, light and welcoming. Both villas have a fantastic pool area with patio seating, sun loungers and bbq faci. The outdoor spaces are beautifully framed by modern artwork and the gardens are landscaped with colourful plants and mature palms. Every holiday we have spent at Rubicon villas has been wonderful and memorable. Whether sharing with family or friends or a holiday for two, you''ll find everything you need and more at villa Rubicon.
Hasta La Vista Villa!

We also wanted to be within walking distance to shops and restaurants. All these things were met by choosing villa Marina Vie. We would definitely recommend it.

It’s well appointed with everything we need .Best of all is the privacy of the villa . We also love the location of the villa being at the marina end of Playa Blanca. Excellent value for money. Both Villas are amazing

We return to these villas because of their lovely peaceful location yet they are only minutes from all the amenities and restaurants of the Marina area. The best two bed in the Marina Rubicon Area
By David and Lilian on 16-Feb-2022We have stayed at Both Marina View and Marina View 2 on a number of occasions, and plan to do so in the future The villas are very well situated In lovely Playa Blanca. Everything you need is close by With great seafront walking Bars, restaurants, shops and a lovely harbour. Both villas feel more like borrowing someone’s home rather than a holiday Rental. Phil and Dawn have completed the villas to a very high standard, thinking of everything and continue to improve/update fittings and finishes. Everything feels fresh And loved. We have been visiting Lanzarote for more than 20 years but no longer search for accommodation - simply ring Phil! Very highly recommended. David and Lilian
