Description
Our Villa is situated on the quiet but convenient location of Parque Del Rey and provides a home from home holiday experience where you will find everything you need to to enjoy your holiday to the full. The villa is fully equiped inside and the patio has a table & chairs, covered pergola ( for addition shade ) and a heated pool to allow you to make maximum use of the sunny weather that Lanzarote is known for. Outdoor lighting is provided for those that enjoy evening BBQs and just relaxing in the evenings over a glass of wine or what ever takes your fancy.Air conditioning is available to both bedrooms via coin box.
THE PROPERTY IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.
Please ensure that you take out adequate travel insurance to suit your needs before your holiday including COVID 19 cover.
Rates shown are for 2 adults.Extra guests over this number will be charged at £40.00 per person per week up to a maximum of 2 extra.
The pool is electricaly heated between November and April and the solar pool cover provides the warm water for the rest of the year

Check in time is 3pm on day of arrival and check out time is 10am on day of departure.
A Deposit of 25% required at time of booking the balance due 8 weeks before departure.Failure to pay the balance of rental by the due date( 8 weeks before departure) will be taken as cancelation of the booking by the renter and the deposit will not be returned.
The indicated prices include an admin fee of £50.00 per booking.
Prices quoted are valid for 7 days.

By Susan McAllister on 07-Jan-2025We stayed here in January and it was everything you could want in a villa and more. Very well equipped and the heated pool was great especially at that time of year. Only took 20 minutes to walk to amenities ( downhill) and taxis are very reasonably priced for coming back up. We had a fantastic time (very relaxing which is what we wanted) and would definitely stay here again. The owners were very quick to respond to our correspondence and gave us all the information we needed to get there without any hassle.

Great Winter Getaway
By Rich & Jaki Chambers on 15-Nov-2024Villa is a real home from home, with everything you could need. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, good quality bedding & towels. Welcome Pack is a lovely touch. Surprised we needed to use the air conditioning in November - not expensive to use - a couple of euros a night. Lovely outside area, plenty of seating & comfortable sun beds. Parque del Rey is a great location. We will return!
Perfect for us ( couple)
By Christine on 01-Aug-2024Had everything we needed re kitchen, bedrooms ( plenty storage/hangers) lounge + English TV, bathroom spacious and large shower)( take some €1/€2 coins for aircon pay as go- but good value). We didn’t have a car ( there is parking )but small supermarket 10 mins away (traditional spanish had bread/milk/ wine&beer etc) and an easy 20/25 min walk to town/harbour for restaurants ( so many lovely ones to choose from), shops and SuperDino ( we are in our early 60’s with good mobility so enjoyed the walk). We wanted a chill 10 days and we got just that, spending most days by the lovely heated pool and using the lovely outside space. Welcome pack of basics in fridge was a lovely touch. Fran ( from Management Company)was on call if we needed anything and popped round to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend- a lovely villa.
Fantastic holiday
By Wyn and Anne on 14-Jul-2024My wife and I loved everything about the villa, it’s everything you need (and more) for a wonderful relaxing holiday. The villa itself is spotless, very well equipped, a real home from home. The outdoor space with private pool allows you to make the most of Lanzarote’s weather, the choice and position of sun beds and seating allow you the choice of sun or shade throughout the day and of course the pool is always on hand for a cool dip. The drive to and from the airport is easy, directions provided were ‘spot on’ and the location of the villa, approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca is ideal. After this experience we’re now converts to villa holidays and will return to this villa without a doubt.
We loved it here

The villa is beautifully cared for, including the pool and garden. It was a longish walk to the beach in the heat of the day so get there early. We would recommend a car as the super market was not close by. We carried a few things in the rucksack each day. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.
