The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect from a high-standard villa. You'll find a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, barista-style L’or coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, and an array of cooking tools to satisfy even the most enthusiastic home chefs. For added convenience, the washing machine is located in the adjoining utility room, easily accessible through a door from the kitchen.
Our villa features 4 inviting bedrooms—2 doubles and 2 twins—designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, newly renovated in 2025, air conditioning (coin-operated), and private double glass doors that open onto the spacious terrace.
The large family bathroom, also newly updated, offers twin sinks, a bath with a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a storage cupboard, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Lemon Tree boasts a stunning large terrace and a lush tropical garden, complete with high walls that ensure your privacy throughout your stay. The outdoor space is packed with activities, including a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers (21ft x 13ft). Once we returned we found the villa was just what we wanted , spacious, clean had all the facilities of home . The outside was enormous. The heated pool was fantastic and having the hot tub was an added bonus .The Villa is located a short walk into town or a cheap taxi fair ( around €5) Communication with Zoe throughout the booking process to when we came home was excellent. Truly recommend this villa .

Lovely Villa
By Julie Seymour on 05-Oct-2025Our fantastic stay at Villa Lemon Tree was absolutely wonderful and special , from the moment we stepped into the villa we saw how spacious it was for 7 of us ( 4 adults 3 children) and the villa flowed very easily. The living room is very spacious with smart tv with full package, the Wi-Fi is very fast also. The kitchen has all the appliances you need (also a air fryer), washing machine in utility building plenty of crockery, pots and pans. The bedrooms where very spacious and comfy and plenty of storage space as where the bathrooms . Well where do I start with the outdoor area is enormous, plenty of seating areas, the private heated pool (which the grandchildren spent endless hours in) is fab, the hot tub was special also. the Bar-b-cue was fab for al fresco dining. There is so much to do outdoors, with some friendly fun with the pool table (which was a great hit for us all) , volleyball court, pitch and putt, French boules and darts. The location is great nice stroll into town. The hosting was second to none from Zoe (the owner) from our first contact to even asking if all OK when we where there, also can't forget Andy the pool man, so helpful and polite to sum up an absolute 5 Star villa in a beautiful quiet surrounding location , not overlooked, great walk into Playa Blanca. Thanks Zoe for sharing your Villa, you have made it so special for us and plenty of memories with the family 😊❤️

Fabulous Villa

A great holiday
By Gemma on 24-Aug-2025We have just returned from a week at this lovely Villa. Having never stayed in a villa before I had quite a few questions and was a little nervous about booking. I spoke to Zoe on the phone and every question I had along the way received a really prompt response. The communication couldn’t have been any better ! It really is a home from home and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The bus stop is relatively close by although we walked to the main town most days. With the children tagging along it took around 20 minutes, it’s a really lovely walk so was no problem for us. We called a taxi one evening and it came really quickly. We also walked to the market at Marina Rubicon, whilst this took around 40 minutes there’s lots to see along the way. We walked to the Lidl, that took us around 15 minutes. We called a taxi to help us with the shopping back, but there are another couple of shops also a bit closer. We enjoyed BBQ’s and countless games of pool . The swimming pool was cleaned by a really nice guy called Andy who pre arranged with us when he was coming every time. The villa was plenty big enough and we had lots of space as a family of 6. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were ! There’s a decent size TV although we didn’t use it at all. The main bedroom has air con, which is coin operated (take some change), but it didn’t cost loads and we found the ceiling fans in the other rooms (plus the lovely Lanzarote breeze) kept the villa cool. We would definitely recommend Villa Lemon Tree and hope that we’ll return one day !

Lemon tree villa Lanzarote
By Amanda Walker on 24-Jun-2025Just came home from Lanzarote lemon tree villa myself and family had the best time villa was spotless with easy accommodation for 8 people, we had plenty to do there with all the activities at the villa that entertained us daily, Zoe was very helpful with quick responses to any questions asked with a full inventory of things to do locally very helpful at all times. I cannot wait to re book and recommend to family and friends I would give more than 5***** if I could thank you so much Zoe xxx
