Description
This modern pet friendly Playa Blanca holiday villa consists of a living room, dining room and a modern well-equipped kitchen, two well-appointed air-conditioned bedrooms as well as two bathrooms. The villa can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably.Additional amenities include high-speed fibre Wifi, Netflix TV, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine, an ironing board and iron, games and books.
The private outdoor space is the absolute highlight of this holiday home with a large sun-soaked terrace where you can start your day in the glorious sunshine beside the heated pool relaxing on the sun loungers. The electric pool heating is set to 28 degrees and the temperature is consistent.
Outdoor entertaining is heaven with the traditional Canarian stone BBQ, the lounge area and of course a dining space for those long sunny evenings.
Villa Arabella is located in the exclusive Parque Del Rey which is popular for its privacy and great location.
The beach and centre of beautiful Playa Blanca are just a 10-minute walk away where you will find excellent supermarkets with great local fresh fish, meat, fruit and the usual array of products. For small items such as milk or bread, the hotel beside the villa has a mini-market.
Located beside the villa is the beautiful pedestrianised route to the port where you will find lots of free sports activities including tennis, basketball and paddle tennis courts as well as a children playground. We offer sports equipment for rent, including tennis racquets, padel racquets, new and used balls, basketballs, and electric bikes with helmet and child seats.
The superb and lively Marina Rubicon is also within walking distance which is popular for its wide range of bars, restaurants and shops all set around the yachting marina.

El trato recibido fue estupendo y todo resultó muy fácil, desde las gestiones hasta la ubicación de la casa, que es ideal. Al llegar, nos sorprendieron con varios detalles encantadores por parte de la propiedad, lo cual fue un gesto muy apreciado. Sin duda, recomiendo esta villa a cualquiera que busque una escapada perfecta.
Beautiful clean villa with great outdoor space and heated pool

The villa was spacious, well equipped, clean and we were welcomed warmly by the organiser with a bottle of bubbly and other little treats. The pool was warm, cleaned regularly and great for night swims. The outdoor space was really well thought out. We hired a car separately and loved the freedom this gave us to roam the island.

By Alex Currie on 26-Mar-2025It was the best experience ever ,from start to finish,the place was spotless,the welcome pack was great ,2 bottles of wine cans of beer and 7 up,water, bag of charcoal for bbq and fire lighters ,milk. We arrived early and check in was 4pm but Maria pulled out all the stops to get villa ready for us at 12noon,we loved it that much with the heated pool we spent most of the time at the villa where as normally we're beach people ,I'll definitely be back
Well equipped villa with pool, BBQ & great outdoor space - Loved it!

We had a lovely relaxing week, enjoying the pool and the bbq and the different seating areas on the patio and terrace. Everyone at Playa Blanca Villas was very helpful when we were booking and during the stay. Maria met us at the villa to explain how everything worked. Thank you!

Quite location which we love. The team are all amazing. If there are any issues the are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I can’t say a single thing that I would change about this Villa hence why we come back year after year. Back in September for 3 weeks and am counting the days. 10/10 xx
