Description
Lovely atmosphere, STUNNING views of the mountains, Playa Blanca & across the sea.It is a beautiful, private 8 person villa which is not overlooked, has a large terrace leading out to a private, heated pool with built-in steps allowing for easy access.
The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people.
Fast fibre optic internet & 4G. Hard wired computer monitors, ideal for remote working.
Only a 5 minute drive to the beach, village and shops. Bus stop is 5 mins walk.
This villa has an elegant design with plenty of windows, making for a bright home with breathtaking views.
In the large L shaped living room there is a smart 55" TV with Netflix and IPTV international channels, allowing guests to watch live UK TV, sports and movies.
On the terrace there are ping pong and pool tables, along with outdoor dining and lounge areas with a gas BBQ.
There is a modern kitchen where you can find everything you need for your stay; cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee makers, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, utensils etc.
Bedroom 1 contains a king bed and en suite bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 contains two single beds (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 contains two single beds and a large adult size double sofa bed (sleeps 4)
All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning
Payments can be made in English pounds and euro.

By Francesca on 20-Jul-2025Great villa with plenty of space, beautiful views and good size pool! + I stayed at Villa Amber with my husband and my 18 years old son for 8 nights from the 7th of July. The outside area was great! The pool is big enough to swim and the views.. just superb! We also enjoyed a lot the pool and tennis tables :-) The whole villa is very spacious and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped. The two bathrooms could do with a bit of update but that did not bother us at all as they were good size and had plenty of natural light. The Marina Rubicon harbour, with many restaurants and shops, is less than 10 mins drive. The beaches and Playa Blanca town are just few minutes away by car. The villa felt private, secured and not overlooked. The host was approachable and provided useful local information too. We really enjoyed our stay and we strongly recommend this villa to anyone who want to relax but still want to be close to the shops, restaurants and beaches. - The villa didn't miss anything. But we were not very lucky with the weather at the beginning of our stay and we had few cloudy days and unpleasant wind but overall we were able to enjoy especially because the villa was very spacious And comfortable!
