The gorgeous Villa Vista Rey is located close to Playa Flamingo, the Aqualava Waterpark and is walking distance to the centre of Playa Blanca. This stunning pet friendly villa enjoys breathtaking views of the ocean and the island of Fuerteventura. Holiday Villa Vista Rey boasts a heated private pool, outdoor dining area and sun lounging area.Located beside Villa Vista Rey you will find our other six bedroom villas of Villa Princesa with its Hot Tub ( 15 Guests ) and Villa Vista Reina ( 15 Guests ) which are also available to rent. The villas can be booked for less guests and pricing is set by the number of guests so its suitable for rental to smaller groups and families.
Villa Vista Rey is an amazing 6 bedroom spacious Playa Blanca holiday villa with air-conditioning throughout and over 200m2 of internal living space consisting of six modern bedrooms and a double sofa bed two of which are family bedrooms, two are ensuite, this fabulous villa can therefore accommodate up to 16 people comfortably.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped which leads to the dining room that opens onto the outdoor terrace. A wonderful indoor entertainment space that leads out to an exceptional outdoor entertaining space.
Additional amenities include high-speed fibre Wifi, Full size pool table, Netflix TV, dishwasher, washing machine, an ironing board and iron, games and books.
A very attractive feature of this private villa with heated pool which is a large 32m2 heated pool with a depth range of 1m to 1.6m complete with sun loungers to enjoy Playa Blanca’s warm all year round sunshine. The outdoor sun lounging area is complete with relaxing couches and a traditional Canarian stone BBQ. The outside terrace dining area offers wide views over the sea and the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Fuertuventura which is why the villa is named Villa Vista Rey or King’s View Villa.
Just a short walk away you will find the golden sands of Playa Flamingo beach and Playa Blanca’s town centre is just a 10 minutes walk away from there.
Free tennis, padel, and basketball courts are available near all our villas. We offer sports equipment for rent, including tennis racquets, padel racquets, new and used balls, basketballs, and electric bikes with helmet and child seats.
There are two water parks within 5 minutes of the villa, one of them is the AquaLava Waterpark which offers great fun for the whole family and there is a taxi rank, supermarket, bar and restaurant within 100m of the villa. This holiday villa also has private parking for two cars.

Our wonderful large villas can be booked from four guests as they are priced by the number of guests.

The villa was in great shape very clean and had all the stuff we needed when we arrived. we were greeted with champagne to celebrate my wife’s birthday which was a nice touch. The service from the team was great. We had constant contact before and on arrival and they were very polite and professional. Would 1000% recommend. Will be staying again soon. Perfect villa for families and groups with games, heated pool and space to relax
By M Tattan on 14-Jul-2025We had a wonderful stay at Villa Vista Reina in Playa Blanca. There was 12 of us staying with adults, teenagers and children in the mix. This property catered for us all perfectly. There was lots of space and activities inside the villa to entertain everyone with the pool table, darts boards, ample TV options, books and swimming pool. The less active of us had ample space to relax in the sun around the pool. With only a short drive journey to the shops and easy walk to the nearby water park and restaurants the location was perfect for us. Alejandro and Marie from Playa Blanca Holiday Villas were wonderful to be dealing with. I would highly recommend this as a holiday destination and will definitely be returning in the future!
Great villa with pool, BBQ and short walk to everything

Great villa, top location & excellent hospitality

We were warmly welcomed, as our host met us to let us in and show us around & give recommendations for the local area. The villa itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby and a convenient taxi rank just a short walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We hope to be back in the future!
