Description
This air conditioned villa on a quiet residential complex has its own private heated pool. The villa is all on one level. It has a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas that open out onto the patio and pool area. Additional living room - The Den; provides chill out space with sofa and TV to relax, and desk space to play, study or work in private. Outside the large patio provides ample space for dining, cooking on the brick built BBQ and lazing in the sun.Free: Welcome pack, WiFi, air conditioning and UK TV channels with Sports & Movies
Pool: size 7m x 3m approx and can be heated for an additional £80 per week
Car Parking: villa has its own space adjacent plus there is additional community parking
Access: there are 2 steps to enter the property and then it is all on one level.
Check in/out: 4pm check-in, 10am checkout. (Later checkouts subject to availability)
Minimum stay: 7 nights
Supermarkets: 10 minute walk.
Linen: Bedlinen, Bath and pool towels provided
Mid-stay clean and towel change (for stays of 10+ days). Additional cleans available at an additional charge.

Amenities were first class

All amenities were first class and topped up by some lovely weather for the time of year. If we get the opportunity to stay here again in future we would be delighted to come back. First time in Playa blanca also. Hopefully not our last.
Great villa
By Sue A on 16-Oct-2025Enjoyed our stay - group of 5, including wheelchair user. Found it easier to enter/leave villa using doors around pool area rather than front door. Well equipped villa with spacious room and good amount of storage in bedrooms. We were aware of building work near by but it didn't have much impact on our stay. Limited restaurants, bars and shop close to. Would recommend hiring a car.

Accommodation: The villa is beautifully maintained, with a modern vibe and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are well-sized and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. Amenities: The villa comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils, which made it easy to prepare meals. The living room has comfortable seating and a nice entertainment system. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool which is great area to relax in the sun. Location: The villa is situated in a great location, close enough to local attractions and restaurants while still offering a sense of seclusion. It’s just a short drive to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for those looking to unwind but close enough to the bars when you want some nightlife. Overall Experience: Overall, my stay at was wonderful. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable retreat. The combination of excellent accommodations and a convenient yet peaceful location makes this villa a great choice. We had a wonderful time at Casa Ryannah
By Charlotte on 14-Aug-2024We had a wonderful time at Casa Ryannah. We stayed there in November. The weather was gorgeous throughout our stay. The villa is a short walk from the beach and restaurants and there are some local shops within walking distance. Having a fully-equipped kitchen meant we could enjoy meals at home as well. The air conditioning throughout the villa was lush and made sleeping in the heat easy and really comfortable. The hosts were brilliant and had left books/games for visitors to use as well as Netflix access on the TV. They arranged for the pool cleaner to come whilst we were out for the day for our convenience. Can’t wait to go again!
Beautiful, well-equipped villa
By Hannah on 06-Aug-2024Beautiful, well-equipped villa with everything you need for your holiday. Plenty of living space including outdoor space by the pool. Very clean and only a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops, and just a further 10 minutes along the coast to the restaurants and bars at Rubicon Marina. Thoroughly enjoyed the time there, will definitely be back again!
