Description
Casa Memoros provides a home from home holiday experience where you will find everything you need to enjoy your holiday to the full.Boasting 3 seperate outdoor spaces this villa has something for everyone.
-Garden one has the large heated outdoor private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, clothes lines, 8 sun loungers, inflatables, games, bbq, outdoor seating area and dining area for up to 8 people.
-Garden two is the perfect sun trap, spacious and open and includes a pool table, darts board, basket ball, a second bbq and seating area, perfect for catching those last rays of sunshine as the sun sets.
-Garden three has a large, enclosed children's park area which will keep them entertained for hours. Whether it's the trampoline, playhouse, slide or swing, this area gives your little ones a safe space to explore and play.
All three outdoor spaces have lighting so you can continue to enjoy them after the sun goes down.
You will also have access to three large communal pools.
The property has off road parking for up to two cars with a lockable front sliding gate to offer extra security and peace of mind.
The first floor is where you will find the large master bedroom providing a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes, air con, hairdryer, large en-suite including a bath, shower and his and her basins. You will also have direct access to two of the three balconies providing stunning mountain and sea views. Table and chairs can be found on both and sun loungers on the larger of the two.
The third and final balcony is also located on the first floor and provides a table and chairs with spectacular views.
On the ground floor you will find two further bedrooms both with two single beds, bedside table, fitted wardrobes and hairdryer.
The large family bathroom is also found on the ground floor with a shower, bath and bidet. There is also a third ground floor toilet for your convenience.
The lounge area has leather sofa's providing seating for 8 adults, one of which turns into a large comfortable sofa bed. Here you will find the TV with all English channels, fire stick for all sports, movies, kids etc. PlayStation, DVD player, books, games, brand new fast fibre wifi, dining area and a safe for storing your valuables.
There is a fully equipped, newly fitted kitchen where you will find everything you need if you choose to dine in. Including oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine.
In the Utility you will find an ironing board and iron, washing machine, first aid kit, children's games/toys and clothes line.
Peace of mind for those travelling with children as a cot bed, high chair, potty, toys, stair gates at top and bottom of stairs are all provided free of charge.
Casa Memoros is located conveniently close to the main gate which makes calling a taxi easy if you don't fancy the 5 minute walk to the taxi rank. The Alegranza estate has two local supermarkets, a local bar and two water parks all within walking distance. The nearest beach is 1.2km from the property. Playa blanca and playa Flamingo beaches, bars and restaurants are easily accessible-you can hop on the bus to which the stop is a two minute walk away and only costs 1.20€ or a 5 minute taxi journey which will cost you less than 5€. The Rubicon Marina is also around 5€ in a taxi.
A ten minute walk will take you to the Diamond resorts Jardines Del Sol bar/restaurant for excellent food and drink where happy hour (2 hours every day!) is definitely worth the walk.

By Yvonne on 24-Jun-2025We have just returned from the most relaxing 2 week break. The villa was all we could have hoped for. Clean, well maintained and everything a family needs in one place. Our family (2 adults, 3 kids aged 12, 11 & 6) had ample room. Basically the villa is as amazing as it’s described on the web site. The pool area is great - Lots of competitive volley ball. The additions such as the pool table and dart board made hours of family tournaments. The plots itself is amazing, the pool area received the sun from sunrise to around 6.30 In the evening (late June, early July) but the games area literally has it it to sun set 9pm ish). Loved quiet moments getting to read my book in the hot tub as the sun went down. Toni could not have made the holiday any easier to organise. Clear instruction with direct contact to her for any questions that was always answered promptly. Location wise, we would walk to the port for dinner and then taxi back (around €5-6). Baileys Bar within Hotel Jardines del Sol was a regular for us on nights we wanted something closer. The quiz nights there are hilarious and very reasonably priced with a great menu. There is a small spar for basics which is a 5 min walk from the main gates where the villa is located. Water/Milk/Wine/beer/Ive cream/bread etc however larger shops we would attend Lidl (25 min walk and phoned for taxi back as we did t have a car rental). I wish we were still there and would love to return. (I also want to add, I have been to many villas in Lanzarote and some have pools that can be very chilly. The pool was always a lovely temperature and very well maintained. Scottish Andy who maintains the pool and hot tub attends regularly and does a great job. Also, helps us with dinner recommendations - thank you). Thanks Toni for an amazing family holiday which was very reasonably priced. The villa was perfect for our family and we made many happy memories.
An amazing villa
By Jackie & Keith on 05-Oct-2024This is our second year in this amazing villa. When we came back it felt like coming home. We absolutely had yet another amazing two week holiday. I love the privacy and the pool and jacuzzi and the villa and surroundings. We met Eddie the pool guy again and had a great catch up. And we met Claire and David the management as they came and changed the bedding. And also had a catch up with them too. They are so friendly. We have also booked next years holiday and cannot wait to go back. So hopefully if your reading my review you will not regret booking this villa it caters for everyone amazing. We love it.
Perfect property and location

Highly recommended to anyone looking at villas in Lanzarote! My sons especially loved the little playground at the front. It was all very safe and secure. Thank you Toni!

Loved the privacy the villa offered. Pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in. Great communication with host Toni. We would definitely stay again ☀️
