It was designed to create a feeling of light, space and complete relaxation, with floor to ceiling windows throughout and as such, will only accept guests aged 12 years or over.
The spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and living room provide clear views of the sun and pool terraces and the three, well appointed bedrooms, all with en-suites, look out over the pool from the comfort of the beds.
There is also an additional annex, apart from the main property, with shower room, to enable enjoyment of the PlayStation 4, or a Netflix film, without interference.

Viking shield stepping stones outside lead to the side main entrance, which enters into the open plan dining & living room, providing dining for 6 and comfortable lounge seating with all seats having sectional chaise, should everyone want to lay out and enjoy the wall mounted, 70” Cristal HD TV to its fullest, with a Mag box supplying box sets and films, together with terrestrial, Sky channels and much more. A glass coffee table, side unit with USB ports and Bluetooth speaker, complete the package. Large patio door opens out onto the pool and sun terrace.
The open plan design is extremely modern and fully equipped with twin sinks looking out through a beautiful portrait window, with integral dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is an island with integrated oven, induction hob and extractor fan, and breakfast bar with seating for three. An open doorway leads to further units with American style fridge/freezer, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine. Doors lead to a Solana and a cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Large patio door lead out from the kitchen area to the sun terrace with chill out seating for 6.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
A light and airy hallway, with portrait windows providing views of the rear garden area, leads down to the three bedrooms with en-suites. This hallway incorporates large fitted wardrobes and shelves for the master suite.

Pool and Sun Terraces:
The landscaped garden and terrace areas feature a unique and stunning, private pool (electrically heated, inclusive 1st October to 31st May), 18m long, incorporating a swimming channel of 11m (depth 1.5 m) and then shallower areas, one of which has two built in sunbeds to relax and remain cool in the heat of the day. There is a Spa style fountain flowing into pool and roman steps lead in to the deeper area. There is also an outside shower for your convenience.
Chill Out and Al fresco Dining with BBQ:
Chill out seating includes two arm chairs, two seater sofa, cushioned stool and coffee table. There are 6 comfortable sunbeds available, together with a large, shaded day bed with cushions.
The shaded alfresco dining area is situated between the main building and separate TV/Games Room. It provides dining for 6 and is located conveniently close to the Canarian style BBQ. Nearby, is an outside pool table for those who need a little more distraction. Landscaped gardens surround the detached property which is fully enclosed by traditional piedra walls.
TV and Games Room:
The shaded alfresco area is next to a separate en-suite annex, with wall mounted Smart TV, sound bar, three seater sofa and PlayStation 4, with controllers. A gamer or film buff retreat. En-suite shower room with wash basin and WC. Doors leading to the shaded alfresco dining area and sun terrace.
Marina Rubicón is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 15 to 20 minute stroll away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off road parking for 2 vehicles. Standard wheelchair accessible.
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge of 182€ per week. A refundable Damage Bond of 300€/£250 is payable on arrival, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
