We are regular visitors to Lanzarote and to the Playa Blanca area in particular, but the first time we have stayed on Carlos Park and I have to say we were impressed! The estate itself is well kept, well set out, and the green areas well tended….though the fact that the communal pool is not functional is a little disappointing….particularly as temperatures were in the mid-30s (unusually high) during our visited. The estate is 30 min walk into Playa Blanca and a few minutes from the beach….so location was perfect for us. The villa itself was excellent. Well equipped, clean and relatively easy to manage the temperature inside by use of opening doors and use of fans provided. The outside space was a little smaller than other villas we''ve stayed in, but is by-no-means small and is a good combination of shade and sun. The hot tub is a most welcome addition which we used each day. There is a nice view out to sea and across to Fuertaventura….a pleasant place for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening! The villa is competitively priced and I would certainly be happy to book again Posted on Jun 30 2023
This villa was set in a fantastic quiet area and within easy walking to the beach or 10 minutes further to Playa Blanca. It had everything available to it and was so well set up including the private hot tub for a nice relaxing break in a very spacey property. Upon arrival it was a pleasure to open the door and find that it had been serviced and cleaned well so we could just sit back and enjoy our holiday.
