The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood close to the sea.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, 260 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, alarm, jacuzzi, air-conditioned, private heated swimming pool, open-air parking at the same building, 2 fans, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), DVD.

In the electric independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.

Towels and linen (Including pool towels - not beach towels though) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

Additional Villa Information:

PRICES ARE BASED ON 4 PEOPLE ONLY. Please add an additional £20 per person per night up to a maximum of 8 people. CHILDREN 2 and under are FREE.

LEASE NOTE: All payments are taken in GBP and a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance and a 5% Service Fee is Payable in addition to the price shown on Simply Owners.

Air conditioning where available is coin-operated (accepts 1 & 2 euro coins). Pre-payment options are available, please ask for details.

For your comfort from 1st October to 30th April use of the electric pool heater is FREE and will give an approximate water temperature of between 26º to 28º C - weather dependent. If you would like additional pool heating during the summer months, please add an additional £120 per week.

Cots and highchairs are available to rent from a local company. They can be pre-ordered and waiting for you at the villa on your arrival. These cost €25 per item per week payable on arrival; we do not provide bed linen for cots, so please bring your own.

A deposit of 15% of the total holiday price must be paid before the holiday booking can be confirmed. The balance of the holiday price is to be paid via Credit/Debit card or Bank Transfer and must be received at least 8 weeks before the holiday start date.

Unlimited Wi-Fi access is FREE.

Final Cleaning is £100 - the guest is expected to leave all dirty towels and bedding in the hallway and discard all rubbish in the skips provided on the road side. If this is not done then we may charge an additional £50 to cover the additional cleaning time.

A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS We can arrange these at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.
