Some additional highlights include a prime location in the upscale urbanization of La Carabela, on a private plot for maximum privacy and tranquillity. It is a modern and stylish villa with a beautiful terrace and garden which are complemented by its single storey design for easy access to all areas of the villa.
Villa Amura has a sparkling heated private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing on the surrounding expansive terrace, soaking up the warm sunshine on the sun loungers and enjoying the landscaped garden. A separate terrace features a large daybed for extra luxury. Anyone feeling more energetic can practice putting on the six-hole putting green.
The outside terraces feature comfortable outdoor furniture. The al fresco dining experience is enhanced by an ample dining table and chairs with cushions and a built-in barbeque providing additional options.
Our two bedrooms are designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation, with crisp cotton bedding and linens. The master queen bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. A second WC and shower room is situated in the hallway adjacent to the twin bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the lounge features comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, including UK, Irish, International, sporting and movie channels. Villa Amura has a dedicated comfortable workstation with high speed fibre Wi-Fi/internet access for any necessary remote working. The villa has a full security alarm system and Air Conditioning in Lounge and Bedrooms(Payable in advance or locally if required).

Local shops and restaurants are only a 7 minute walk from the villa, as is the bus stop which services all of Playa Blanca every 30 minutes.

By Derek Hannon on 08-Jun-2025Stayed last month for the first time in this villa....just WOW. I came with my wife and daughter, it was our first time in Playa Blanca. The villa was spotless and was equipped with everything! The pool was the perfect temperature, I've previously found other places too cold but this was spot on! The besd were very comfortable, we had a great rest. The bus into town was at the bottom of the road so it was very handy when the girls wanted to go look around the shops while I chilled by the pool. Plenty of places to eat near by and some nice bars too. Our host Declan couldn't have done more for us, as it was our first time he was really helpful with recommendations and activities to do in the area. We have booked again for May 2026. Highly recommend
Villa Amura
By Nicola Mahon on 01-Jun-2025This was our 2nd time staying in this villa and we've already booked again for October. Everything in this villa is done to perfection, it is flawless. The villa is located in a very peaceful location which is what we love and is within walking distance of a supermarket, bars and some of our favourite restaurants. Theres an italian near by that is a must try! Theres also a bus stop within a short walk that runs regularly if you do want to pop into town. The pool is lovely and warm and theres a lovely Balinese bed at the back of garden to soak up the sun along with comfy loungers. The pitch and putt area is a nice little extra and Declan supplied us with a golf ball and putter so this is not your average villa! There was a lovely welcome pack for us on arrival and Declan is always so helpful with any questions we have about the area. The tv has all the channels that we have at home which is great, its easily one of the best villas we've stayed in as its fully equipped with everything you can think of along with fine attention to detail. It's a 5 star stay for us and having done years of hotels we'll never look back! Roll on October!!!!

Great pool and little putting green , a lovely welcome package and Declan is a great host can’t wait to be back next year .
Review of 5 Star Deluxe Rental 2 Bedroom Villa Amura
By Ian Mann on 09-Aug-2023Dreamer652722 Excellent Stay at Villa Amura Left on Aug 9, 2023 for a stay in Jul 2023 Stayed in this Villa in July 2023. The Villa is finished to a very high standard inside and out. Great out door furniture. The pool area is a sun trap but the Villa also acts as a good wind break to the famous Lanzarote Wind. The pool is lovely and warm. Excellent 3G grass area for children to play on. My son loved the putting green. Declan, the owner, supplies a golf ball and putter. Upon arrival a welcome pack was provided with everything that we needed. The owner, Declan, responds to any questions or queries you have very quickly. From the Villa it is an easy walk to local Bars, Restaurants & supermarkets at Faro Park about 7 minutes away and the centre of Plays Blanca is a short drive or a nice long stroll. I would recommend a car for Playa Blanca anyway, however the Villa is easily accessed for Taxi''s and a bus stop is down the road. A good tip would be to join the Playa Blanca Facebook page before you go. You will find out names of really good restaurants in the area and also if you need to book or not. Over all I would say having stayed in many Villas in Playa Blanca over the years, this is by far one of the best Villas we have stayed in and we will defiantly becoming back. Thank you Declan for a great holiday.
OUTSTANDING
By Tina H on 24-Jul-2023Villa Amura is one of the best villa''s we have stayed in. Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Taxi approx 6 euros to Playa Blanca square where there are more restaurants, supermarkets and the Marina. The villa has a lovely layout, plenty of space but also very cosy. Pool is always warm and cleaned twice a week. Little golf putting which we had giggles with, the light breeze helping the golf ball! It is in a very quiet area and very secluded. Declan is most helpful, nothing is too much trouble and always on hand to help. We had a Welcome Package, and what a welcome package, Declan thinks provides what is needed and more for arrivals. We loved this villa and Declan so much, we have already booked again for next year! Can''t wait to see you next year Declan, and thank you for being the best host we have ever had. Tina
Amazing villa
By Darren Town on 19-Apr-2023This is one of the best villas we have stayed in ,The location to the few restaurants,bars and shops at faro park is perfect about a 5 minute walk ,The villa is lovely and spacious with everything you need ,The outside is amazing with a little putting green that the kids loved (and me) and the heated pool ,Declan the host was very helpful and left a great welcome package that was very much appreciated,we will definitely be back
