Our pricing is based on occupancy of up to six guests. For each additional guest beyond six, a supplement of £150 per person per week applies, excluding the High Season, which is priced on full occupancy. Upper Level Living Area:

Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area, tastefully appointed and flooded with natural light. This floor features:

A fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster.
A stylish dining area with a table seating six.
A large, comfortably furnished lounge with an L-shaped sofa, three armchairs, flat-screen TV with IPTV, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Lower Level Living Area:

A gently descending staircase (approximately 20 steps) leads to the lower level, where you'll find:
Bedroom 4 and Bathroom 3 directly at the foot of the stairs.
