This Vacation Rental Home is located in a peaceful residential area called Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 5 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.

This Vacation Rental Home is a luxury frontline property with jacuzzi hot tub, outstanding sea and sunset views and furnished with all your home comforts.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a separate fully fitted dressing room with ample wardrobes. Patio doors lead onto the patio and pool area. The 2 other twin bedrooms both have twin beds which can zipped up into super king size beds, fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the pool area. There is an en-suite bathroom with normal bath to the master bedroom. You also have a separate shower room with walk-in shower. Then there is another room with a toilet and sink.

The fully fitted kitchen includes: oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the utility room.

The Vacation Rental Home has been tiled in luxury marble throughout which creates a cool airy feeling. The living room has a leather suite, and also comes equipped with TV providing ITV, BBC & Channel 4/5, together with Sky (majority but not all) channels, DVD and video players and CD player.

Wifi is also available at no additional cost.

A pool table has been provided for your added enjoyment and relaxation.

The inner court yard with glass roof for star gazing and a nice cool glass of wine is a must!

Outside is your own 8m x 4m electrically heated pool with roman steps to gain access which is set in the large South facing terrace where you can soak up the hot sunshine. If you get too toastie, there is also an outside shower to cool off under. You also have a shaded alfresco dining area with a lovely marble top table to sit at and enjoy the steak your designated chef has just pepared on the Canarian style BBQ, or just to sit and enjoy the wonderful sea views and outstanding Lanzarote sunsets.

The Vacation Rental Home is approximately a 5 minute drive from the village of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and selection of pavement bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. It is ideal for those wanting to escape the crowds, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

There are some magnificent coastal walks for those who like walking and there is a pavement sea front promenade that runs along in front of the Vacation Rental Home into Playa Blanca.
