Description
Villa Arpa Dorada is a luxury, fully air-conditioned 2 bed, 2 bath villa with a private heated pool in peaceful Parque del Rey just a 15-minute walk to beaches, shops & a fabulous array of seafront restaurants. The interior is bright, modern & well-equipped making this a true home-from-home. Free fast fibre Wifi & TV with international channels. The spacious outdoor terrace surrounding the private pool is a sun worshipper's paradise, with all-day sunshine from early morning until late evening. Restful & very private.The space
The kitchen cum dining area is well-equipped with kitchen utensils and a hob and oven, airfryer, microwave oven, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, juicer, kettle and toaster and a dining table and chairs for the cooler evenings. In addition, there is a "quiet corner" with a couch for reading or listening to music or just for some "me time". Double doors lead into the comfortable lounge with a TV with international channels, sports and movies. One bedroom has a king-size bed with a bathroom opposite. The second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has two single beds or can be set up as a super king bed. Both bedrooms have mosquito protection on the windows. Air conditioning (operated by a pay-as-you-go system) is available in both bedrooms, the lounge and the open-plan kitchen.. There is secure on-site covered gated parking.

Wow wow wow, what a special place, hosts were fantastic with excellent communication throughout our whole stay. The villa is stunning and very spacious, the community itself is very peaceful and private. The accomodation was immaculately clean and includes every thoughtful touch, especially if you are taking kiddos. The location is perfect for hopping on the intercity bus (number 30) which takes you all around playa blanca and to the bust station if you want to use another service to go a bit further. We used the very detailed guidebook provided by the hosts, with Villa info, taxi and transport info, shopping and restaurant recommendations. It came in so handy. Couldn't have been a better holiday, we will definitely be booking again!!! Thank you so much Mary and Gerry xx
Fantastic Stay
By Sarah on 30-Jul-2025We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this house! The accommodation is even better than the photos: spacious, perfectly clean, and incredibly well-equipped. A special mention goes to the private pool, a true daily joy—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The location is perfect for discovering Lanzarote while enjoying the peace and privacy of the house. Our host was attentive, very responsive, and provided thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely keep it in mind for future visits ! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience !

A relaxing stay in a beautiful villa
By Steph Badley on 08-Feb-2025A fabulous 4 week stay in villa Arpa Dorada. A beautiful villa with lovely poolside area for relaxation and dining. The villa is so well equipped and feels home from home. It’s located in a quiet residential area and a 15 minute walk down to the waterfront, which we loved doing on a daily basis. Great communication with the villa owners who were always on hand should we need anything. We have found our little oasis here.
