This beautiful property is located in an elevated position overlooking Playa Blanca and has wonderful mountain and sea views. It is in a quiet residential of Los Altos in the Montana Roja area and offers four bedrooms and is able to sleep 8 guests with three bathrooms so is ideal for larger family or groups of friends. The property has air conditioning in three bedrooms. It is modern, spacious and beautifully decorated villa with a private pool it is located within a 10-minute drive to the centre of Playa Blanca.
Playa Blanca has retained its village charm and is found in the south of Lanzarote and boasts a picturesque promenade that stretches along the coastline which offers breath taking views of the ocean and the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura. You will find the promenade has an abundance of restaurants, café and bars where you can savour fresh seafood, sample local delicacies and many offerings of tapas and numerous places where you can sit and enjoy a refreshing drink while soaking in the local ambience and watch the world go by!
The front door is located halfway up the driveway to the side of the property and opens into the hallway, turning to the left from the entrance hall takes you to a bedroom area and the family bathroom. Turning to the right takes you into the living room which is open plan to the kitchen/dining area.
The living room has ample comfortable sofas for relaxing with Smart TV, viewing is via an IPTV Mag box, supplying BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, box sets, films, Sky channels and much more. Also, TV access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other subscription channels using the guests own subscriptions, there is free WIFI available.
Sliding doors with large windows give you a direct view and access to the terrace and outside dining area and the swimming pool and large sun terrace area beyond.
From the living room you have access to two en-suite bedrooms.
The kitchen has an array of cupboards and storage space and is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker with a small dining table. The washing machine can be found in a separate laundry room off the hallway. From the kitchen you have direct access via a sliding door with large window to the outside rattan settee seating area and BBQ.

This large bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, and ample cupboard space, you will also find a cosy sitting area with a comfortable sofa and a wall mounted TV with Firestick available (Subscription may apply). From this bedroom you have double doors which open onto a second sun terrace area laid with artificial grass and additional sun beds. This bedroom has access to the family bathroom.

Chill Out and Al fresco Dining with BBQ:
The exterior is very well thought out for al fresco living and dining where on the upper-level terrace you will find a Chill out area with a rattan settee and chairs under the cover of the pergola which has roller blinds so that you can be sat in the shade any time night or day and reading a book or enjoying an evening drink, and also a dining table that will sit 6 persons and a charcoal BBQ on this upper level.
Pool and Sun Terraces:
On the lower terrace you will find the private swimming pool which is approximately 7 x 4 m (electrically heated, inclusive 1st November to 30th April), the pool has roman step entry and an outside shower for your use. There is plenty of room to move around the sun terrace area to chase the sun all day on one of the many comfortable sun beds that you will find at the villa, which come with all-weather comfy cushions and many different sitting areas tohere are other various sitting areas around the terrace and the villa.
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which takes photos when the alarm is set off.
It is approximately 3.5 kms to the centre of Playa Blanca, car rental is advisable, the town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services within the resort allowing you to explore all areas easily. Marina Rubicón is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off road parking for 2 vehicles.
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable on arrival, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
