The lounge has been tastefully furnished and decorated and has 3-seater settee and additional chairs available with a coffee table, TV which has channels supplied via the internet and a Mag box, on this you will find box sets and films, together with terrestrial and Sky channels for your enjoyment, and also a DVD player for your enjoyment. This area also has air conditioning which is coin operated. You will find a dining table that can sit 6 people and a feature window overlooking an internal garden area.
The kitchen is situated off the lounge area and has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven. Washing machine and extensive kitchenware.

The master bedroom has a king bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. There is also air conditioning (coin operated) in this bedroom.
This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath.
The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. This bedroom also has air conditioning (coin operated).

Third bathroom is accessed from the outside terrace area and consists of a WC, hand basin and shower.
Pool and Sun Terraces:
The exterior is very well thought out and has a large, covered terrace area for al fresco living and dining where you will find a dining table that will sit 6 persons, you also have access to the third bathroom from this terrace area.
The private swimming pool is 7 x 4 metres (electrically heated, inclusive 1st November to 30th April), has the roman step entry and also a sitting area within the pool, there is plenty of room to move around the sun terrace area to chase the sun all day on one of the 6 comfortable sun beds, which all come with all weather comfy cushions.
There is also a rattan seating area where you can chill out and enjoy the Lanzarote Sunshine.
You will also find a charcoal Canarian BBQ and a beautiful side area of landscaped garden.
The villa is protected by an intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which may take photos when the alarm is set off.
It is approximately 3 kms to the centre of Playa Blanca
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
Marina Rubicón is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.

Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Additional guests are charged at 20€ per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests.
A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable for this villa or Accidental Damage Waiver needs to be taken.
