Description
Child friendly dwelling in a private gated complex. The property boasts ample living space, internally there is a large open plan living area with a separate snug/playroom. Externally, there is a covered play area to the back of the property for our younger guests. Poolside enjoy the extensive outdoor eating area complete with seating, bar, BBQ and hot tub. Just off the lounge there is a shaded seating area to relax on, inbetween dips in the private 8m x 4m heated pool (in the winter months).Tastefully decorated, the villa has four large bedrooms; two twin bedrooms with a shared access to a family bathroom and two master en-suite bedrooms each with super kingsize beds. The fifth ground floor bedroom has been converted into a playroom/snug, with access to a limitless TV package.
Child friendly
Villa Moi is a very child friendly villa, it has security grills on all windows and doors. You can keep the patio doors open and enjoy a through draft, safe in the knowledge little ones can't go near the pool. The outside play area and playroom/snug has a stairgate that prevents children from accessing the pool area without re-entering the main house.
Should you need it, we can supply a complimentary travel cot and highchair. The stairs to the first floor has a stairgate, as does the playroom. The outdoor seating area has small people friendly picnic benches. Property has gated access, children cannot easily access the road.
Weekly cost is based on 8 people and includes exclusive use of the villa, pool, hot tub, BBQ, outside space, bed linen, bath/hand towels, pool towels and welcome pack on arrival.

By Claire Chatworth on 31-Aug-2023We stayed at villa moi for 10 days as an extended family, 4 generations, aged 17 months to 79 years of age. The villa is very spacious , lovely outside area where we spent most of our time. Communication with the host Lucy was fantastic before and during our stay. Pool kept clean throughout our stay. Lucy was so helpful with recommendations with restaurants and places to go . Baileys restaurant down the road did some lovely food. The marina was lovely to visit and the water sports were good . The hyperdino in town was well stocked and they ordered cabs for us which was great. Lucy went out of her way to help us out with accommodation when our sons flight was cancelled ( he was staying elsewhere) Thank you so much Lucy we had a great holiday and would def consider returning.
Great villa for families with young children

Amazing villa

Perfect
By Pippa Croxford on 29-Dec-2024From the moment we made the first enquiry Lucy was amazing, she made us feel completely at ease, giving us plently of information before we had even arrived, then while we were there we knew she was just a message away if we needed her ... which we didnt, because the villa was perfect! Everything had been thought about. The biggest things that stood out for us was the heated pool, we used it every day (in December), the hot tub, and the pool table all of which were a big hit with the kids. The welcome pack was brilliant and means you dont have to go out shopping straight away.The gated complex of villas felt safe and secure, and was only a 20/25 min walk down to the front. Or 3/4 in a taxi.We loved Villa Moi, and have already made plans to return, and can not wait! Thank you Lucy!
Additional lounge
By Sally O’Connor on 01-Nov-20243 generations in one villa, our 9week old baby was well looked after. A baby chair, baby bath, changing mat and travel cot all provided free of charge. The teenagers were happy with the pool table and additional lounge just for them.
