Villa Los Arcos is a lovely 3 bedroomed villa located in Olivina Beach, a pretty private residential community in Las Coloradas, Playa Blanca

This Playa Blanca villa has a fabulous large, heated pool with a shallow area for children to play. There’s a pool table to challenge your family and friend on and a hot tub with views across neighbouring mountain ranges…

The kitchen is perfectly formed and well-equipped for creating an evening meal in a villa of this size. There’s a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

The dining area is just off the kitchen, which leads into a long, light lounge area with 2 comfortable leather sofas. The villa benefits from Wi-Fi throughout and has a large TV and DVD player with a brilliant range of international channels - including Sky Movies and Sports!

Villa Los Arcos has 3 good-sized bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning (coin operated), are tastefully decorated, and modern in appearance.
Both double bedrooms benefit from king-size beds, and both are light and spacious. The twin bedroom is pretty in colour with 2 single beds.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath and the second with a corner shower to wash away the sand from a happy day in Playa Blanca!
This Playa Blanca villa is within easy walking distance of a brilliant outdoor shopping mall with an ever-growing array of restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Whilst the centre of Playa Blanca is walkable, we would recommend using the local taxis or bus service, approximately 4-5 euros for a taxi to the centre.

Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

HOT TUB: There is an additional per day charge for use of the Hot Tub. Please ask for details.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

All Air conditioning units are operated via a coin machine which accepts 1 & 2 euro coins.
PLEASE NOTE: All payments are taken in GBP and there is a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance plus a 5% service fee
