Villa Anissa.Beautiful, bright, and spacious 3 / 4 bedroom and 4-bathroom villa with private electrically heated pool and air conditioning.
The villa is perfect for couples and families.

When you enter Villa Anissa, you will feel relaxed, happy, and instantly know that you are going to have a great holiday!
Large private south facing pool terrace at the rear, with mountain views on either side. The sun is on the terrace from first thing in the morning until late afternoon! Totally private and very peaceful!
Also very sheltered which is a massive benefit on windier days!
Upstairs is an open plan fully equipped kitchen next to a living room with sofas and a 55" smart TV.
From here patio doors open onto the large upper terrace with table and chairs that easily seats 10 people and is surrounded by glass. Steps down to the pool terrace.
There is another large living room on the upper floor with sofas (one is a quality sofa bed so this lounge can be used as a bedroom if required) and a 65" smart TV. Patio doors open onto the pool terrace and access it by a small set of steps.
Also on the upper floor is a good sized master double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite with shower over bath. Patio doors open onto the upper terrace.
Downstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms. The first has 2 sets of bunkbeds (singles on top and full doubles below) with en-suite. The patio door opens onto the lower terrace with a table football, seating area, table and chairs, extra fridge/freezer and washing machine.
There is also a large double master bedroom with king size bed on the lower floor with en-suite, sofa and patio doors leading out onto the lower terrace.
The private saltwater pool will be electrically heated in the winter period (1st November -31st march) Solar heated in the summer when electric heating is not necessary.
Around the pool terrace are sunbeds, an outside shower and various outdoor furniture sets. Also a trampoline and football goal.
Beautiful collection of Lanzarote plants and palms in the lower section of the garden which are a real delight and create an amazing backdrop!
The pool terrace has a white non-slip finish. The upper and lower terraces are finished in non-slip ceramics so all nice and safe for kids!
There is an outside kitchen with sink and stone-built BBQ.
Villa Anissa provides, free fibre Wi-Fi, international TV channels with all live sport, movies, pay per view included etc and video on demand Free air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room area. Free pool heating
The villa is located in a quiet one-way street only 20 minutes walk to the seafront and centre of Playa Blanca, with the beach and many shops, bars, and restaurants on offer.

By Tamzin - UK on 27-Jun-2025We recently stayed at Villa Anissa in Playa Blanca and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very start, Ben (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, responsive, and incredibly reassuring, especially as it was our first time booking directly. Nothing was too much trouble for him, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The villa itself is beautiful. Really well kept, spotlessly clean, and extremely spacious. We're a family of three, and although the villa sleeps ten, we really enjoyed having the extra room to relax. The pool area is gorgeous and where we spent the majority of our time. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning throughout the villa was superb. The kitchen is a great size, modern, and very well equipped with everything we needed. All the bathrooms were lovely, clean - with plenty of space and good water pressure. It was a lovely touch to arrive to some essentials already in place...very much appreciated after travelling. Suzanne, the property manager, was also incredibly helpful and friendly. This was our fourth time in Playa Blanca, so we know our way around, and the location of the villa is ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the fantastic bars and restaurants. We spent a lot of time at the villa itself too, as it was such a great place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would absolutely recommend Villa Anissa to anyone visiting Lanzarote. We'll definitely be back!
Stunning Villa
By Richard on 13-Apr-2025We were a family of six (3 generations) and had a great stay at Villa Anissa. The villa was modern, clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The TV's had all the football channels available and games. The grandchildren were never bored with pool, trampoline, football goal and table football. The location was good with a 20 minute walk through the park to the seafront. The new Lidl supermarket was a short drive away. A very enjoyable stay and hope to return soon.
A beautifully modern villa
By Claire Pateman on 13-Apr-2025We had a wonderful family visit to Villa Anissa. 4 adults and 2 children & plenty of room to spare, so much that we are hoping to return as a group of 10. With 4 bathrooms and a huge pool area we had a very comfortable stay. The villa was fresh and modern and beautifully clean. Bedrooms bright and airy with air con and comfortable beds. Communication with Ben (owner) and Suzanne (property manager in Lanzarote) was really quick and helpful. We were able to cook a wide range of meals in the well-appointed kitchen but also enjoyed the 20 minute walk to the sea front for cocktails and plenty of restaurant choices. We would love to return to Villa Anissa - what a treat!
Lovely, relaxing stay
By Gary Barker on 13-Mar-2025Our party of four really enjoyed our week in this lovely, well appointed and spotlessly clean villa. We felt very spoiled each having our own separate bathroom and shower facilities and the whole ambiance of the place exuded quality. The entire outside area was lovely, breathtaking in fact, and the pool was warm, clean and so, so inviting. I was able to build a good rapport with Ben, the owner and the lady on site Suzanne and communication before and during was very reassuring. We hope to return if not this year, certainly next. 10/10
Excellent villa
By Heather on 07-Feb-2025We have just returned after spending 9 sunny days in this lovely villa. We are a family group of 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived to a clean and well equipped villa which was well located and in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The children loved all the child friendly facilities, spending hours in the pool, on the trampoline or playing football. Ben, the owner was most helpful and communicative. We would certainly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in Playa Blanca.

Booked last minute but great communication with Ben ensured the booking process was simple & we received all the details we needed before arrival. Suzanne the property manager is on hand in resort & responds instantly to any questions or problems. Tha Villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need & more. Lovely warm pool with lots of space for relaxing in the garden. Great location & nice and private. We can’t wait to return.
