Hot tub, Pool Table, Table Tennis and BBQ.Villa "Rich" is only a 15/20 minute flat walk to the beautiful Playa Dorada beach in playa blanca or 5 mins by car. The beach has been awarded on various occasions for its beauty, a peaceful and pleasant spot .
One of the best things about staying in a villa is that you don’t have to share the pool with dozens of strangers – instead, you have the pool all to yourself..... this pool features a shallow section for non swimmers or for children. The pool garden is gated.
The private garden is equipped with sunshades and plenty of garden furniture, A great BBQ to use or why not hire a private chef to cook for you and wash-up as well.

The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, built in microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a dishwasher. If you're too chilled to cook, there are several restaurants that offer a home delivery service.

By Jo & Mike on 16-Sep-2025We’ve just got home from a truly wonderful and relaxing holiday at Villa Rich. It was our first time booking through Simply Owners . The villa was huge and we had plenty of space for just the 2 of us – but clearly this villa has space for two couples and a family of four – with loads of room to spare downstairs. The owner, Kathy, was brilliant, with great communication before and during our stay. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect holiday. Due to the increased heat and air quality of the island , we decided to add the air conditioning when we arrived, which made a huge difference. We also want to give a special mention to the maintenance team, Pete and Cindy, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We requested a fan for the lounge and it was delivered to us in just 15 minutes! It was also a lovely touch to have pool towels provided, as we'd completely forgotten to pack ours. The only downside? We were so busy relaxing by the pool we never got around to playing pool or table tennis! We highly recommend Villa Rich and can't wait to return. Thank you for a fantastic stay! Peaceful and tranquil
By Wonderful Mountain Views on 13-Apr-2025Firstly the interior of the villa was spotless and decorated in a lovely contemporary style. The bed was super comfortable and the living room sofa was also a nice comfy spot to watch a film. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after our cycle ride. We all had a fabulous time at this villa and would recommend to anyone.
