Description
Welcome to the gorgeous, modern Villa Paraíso de Jil, a new build 3-bedroom property only a short walk to the town centre. This spacious villa has everything you could need for a luxury self-catering break.The outside space has an expansive patio area, with sun loungers and parasols, a comfortable outside sofa area under the large pergola, perfect for a relaxing drink or two at the end of a hard day’s sunbathing. There’s a coal BBQ located just next to the outside dining area, it’s ideal for al fresco eating. Located at the side of the villa is a solana with washing machine and also an additional small bathroom. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
The private heated pool is modern in design with large entry steps and is a great length at 11m x 3.5m. Electric pool heating is included for free in the winter months.
Just inside the patio doors is the main living area, designed to complement the islands unique biosphere, it is natural in design with a comfortable sofa, a further dining area and good size TV with all the UK sport, movies and usual channels, other European channels also available.
The contemporary kitchen comes fully fitted with oven, microwave, dishwasher, sandwich maker and Krups coffee pod machine.
The villa has free WiFi and air conditioning throughout the villa, including all the bedrooms and is included in the price.
The villa offers 3 good size bedrooms. The master has plenty of wardrobe space, patio doors opening onto the pool area, a large 180cm bed and wall mounted Smart TV, this room has an ensuite with both bath and a separate shower cubicle and twin sinks. The double room again is ensuite with walk-in shower, has a 140cm bed. The third bedroom is located at the front of the house and has twin beds and wall mounted Smart TV. There is a further family bathroom next to this bedroom with walk in shower.
The villa has off street parking and is located in a quiet residential area but only a 10-15 min walk into the heart of Playa Blanca town, where you’ll find a great selection of bars and restaurants catering for all requirements. Playa Dorada beach is approximately a 15 min walk away.

By Margaret on 04-Oct-2024We stayed in the beautiful Villa Paraíso de Jil in October. It really is a beautiful villa with everything you could possibly need. The pool area is amazing and having all the parasols was fantastic. The bedrooms were gorgeous and to have three bathrooms with six women was brilliant. The kitchen and living room was perfect. It's location is absolutely perfect as it's within walking distance of the beach, Playa Blanca itself and all the gorgeous restaurants. We also noticed they are building a Lidl supermarket around the corner. We will definitely be back, would highly recommend this Villa.
