This Vacation Rental Home is located in a peaceful residential area called Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 5 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a separate fully fitted dressing room with ample wardrobes. Patio doors lead onto the patio and pool area. The 2 other twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the pool area. There are 3 beautiful marble bathrooms (one en-suite).

There is a fully fitted kitchen including: oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in the utility room for your use.

The Vacation Rental Home has been tiled in luxury marble throughout which creates a cool, airy feeling. The living room comes equipped with 32″ Flat Screen LED TV with full Sky and BBC & ITV Channels and ‘Irish TV’ Channel, DVD and CD player. The inner courtyard with glass roof is ideal for star gazing and a nice cool glass of wine is a must!

The pool is electrically heated (October to May inclusive) and for your private use with Roman steps to gain access. With a lovely outside 3 man hot tub perfect to relax, unwind and enjoy the views along with cosy sofa chairs.

To the side of the pool area is a terrace with a Canarian BBQ for the chef in the family.

The Vacation Rental Home is situated in Faro Park, Playa Blanca with wonderful mountain views, and a 2 minute walk to the sea. It is approximately a 5 minute drive from the village of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and fafulous selection of shops, bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. It is ideal for those wanting to escape the crowds, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. On site is a row of shops with a couple of bars, restaurants, coffee shop/patisserie and 2 provision stores. There are some magnificent coastal walks for those who like walking and there is a pavement sea front promenade that runs from close by to the Vacation Rental Home into Playa Blanca.

Linen, bath/hand/tea and beach/pool towels are all provided.
