A beautiful modern villa within a much sought after community, Las Buganvillas, in Playa Blanca, located in the south of Lanzarote. This villa boasts many features for the most discerning guest.Tastefully furnished, the villa has four bedrooms; two twin bedrooms and two master en-suite bedrooms. The lounge is spacious - complete with large flat screen TV.
The terrace is ample in size with an 8 x 4m heated swimming pool and BBQ.
This property is perfect for families or for smaller groups looking for that modern spacious feel.
This villa has the option to sleep 10 x guests - with two twin bedrooms it can host a maximum of 6 x children, as two of the single beds have pull out beds underneath.
In the large downstairs bedroom that sleeps 4 guests there is a pool table and a ping pong table.
At Casa Dubh Linn guests can rent a safety fence for around the swimming pool., the cost of this hire is EUR 70 per stay

Very spacious with plenty of room for 9 of us (6 adults, two teenagers and a child). . We always stay in this area as it is close by to local restaurants, shops and the market. . Hosts were really responsive - great communication & popped round on our second day to interview themselves and check all was ok
