Description
Casa Olivo, a superb new addition to our rental selection and our first “Adults-Only” offering. Casa Olivo is located within a 15-minute walk from the main town and a 25 minute walk from the Marina Rubicon, so car hire is not essential. The villa is surrounded by high walls affording privacy and security during your stay.The interior is spacious, exceptionally clean, and furnished to the highest standard throughout. The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows. Bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided. The villa is alarmed, which is operated by a simple to use fob. It also benefits from all around external lighting. Coin Box Air Conditioning available if required.
There is a large, covered patio area with dining and seating leading down to the pool area. Casa Olivo has beautiful, landscaped gardens surrounded by high walls and a superb heated 8m x 4m pool with steps and handrail located at the shallow end. Quality sun loungers, gas BBQ and a covered dining area compliment the spacious and comfortable villa interior.

By Linda & Kevin on 30-Aug-2025Myself and my husband have just spent a week at this ‘luxury’ villa. We struggled to find anything luxury about it at all . The shower tray in en-suite was filthy round the edge. Shower mat stained. Water from shower spills out onto bathroom floor. Filthy and poor quality towels that had to be washed before use. Half used poor quality hand soap ,not like in photos. Toilet drawer in bathroom ripped. Toilet roll holder broken and in drawer. Top of shower in bathroom come away from ceiling. Missing ceiling tiles. Base of dining table cracked. None of the internal doors close. No bin bags provided. The inside of the villa is nothing like the photos eg. luxury towels

Thank you for your review. We take all concerns seriously and are sorry to read such negative feedback. What we don’t understand is why you didn’t contact us during your stay. Throughout the week we visited the villa on three separate days and cleaned the pool on the Friday, but each time you were out. All of the issues you mention could have been resolved on the day of your arrival if we had been informed. It’s important that we are notified of any problems as they arise, which is why our terms and conditions ask guests to report any issues within 36 hours of arrival. It’s true that, the week before your stay, there had been a serious water leak in the main bathroom, which likely caused the swollen doors and the cracks in the paint at the base of the table. As with your other concerns, we would have addressed this immediately had we known. If you ever find yourself in this scenario again please always call the villa management company immediately. It would save you both time and distress. We are here to do our best to ensure guests are happy and satisfied when given the chance. We are just sorry that you both had a bad experience and apologise for the issues you experienced.
