Description
The area is arguably one of the best spots in Playa Blanca.Some Villa management companies charge separately for Pool heating and Air Conditioning, rest assured we don't, it's all included in the price.
Villa Vida holds a Vivienda Vacacional (VV) license and Single Lease Registration number, which allows a Villa such as ours, to be used for holiday rentals in Lanzarote. Always ask for these license number before booking your holiday in the Canaries.
We also have impeccable green credentials, as Villa Vida takes full advantage of the 2,500 hours of Sunshine in Playa Blanca and uses Solar Energy.
Villa Vida is just a 10 minute walk to Playa Flamingo beach and 2 minutes from Aqua Lava Water Park. Local shops and Bars/Restaurants are also within 10 minute walking distance. It has four bedrooms, one super king size with en-suite and dressing room, one double and two twins.
It can comfortably sleep eight people, has three bathrooms, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, private electrically heated pool (24/7, 365 days a year) and is furnished beautifully.
With large open plan living/dining area, this is the perfect Villa.
Villa Vida is ideal for children and cots and highchairs will be provided. The property is all on one level so is easily accessed by pushchairs and wheelchairs etc. Outside: Large outdoor area ideal for alfresco dining on the 8 seater table, private heated pool (approx 8m x 4m), outdoor Pool Table, built in Canarian BBQ and separate portable BBQ, sun loungers, mature garden. Utility Room, Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen is provided for use at the villa together with a Bath Towel, Hand Towel and Pool Towel (1 per person). It will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. For longer stays of more than 10 days, linen is replaced during your stay. Additional cleans are available upon request.
Wheelchair accessible
The property would be ideal for disabled guests as there are no steps. The property can be accessed from the road via a small ramp on the driveway. Wheelchair users have happily used this property gaining access throughout and have returned frequently. Various mobility equipment can be hired and made available to you on arrival. Great place and great location

The one time we needed to reach out there was a switch responds and resolution of the issue (Needed assistance with the safe) Over all highly recommended place/host. We received good information/instructions before we arrived, including video's and recommendations for shopping, sightseeing etc.
Location of the villa is a short easy level walk to Playa Flamingo which is very beautiful

Location of the villa is a short easy level walk to Playa Flamingo which is very beautiful, and has a couple of supermarkets, eateries and bars. Playa Blanca is a stroll along the beachfront promenade passing the port, which has so many amazing varied places to eat and drink. The Villa has everything you need. It's spacious and well laid out and the pool area is perfect for relaxing, eating, swimming and is not overlooked. It's also in a very peaceful area on a dead end road, so little no traffic noise, which we liked. The Villa was just right for us and we hope to come back again.

Pool is great,kitchen is very well equipped and it felt like home from home. Also villa is very well situated for playa Blanca town! 5 mins in car about 15-20 minutes walk! Villa Vida is great for families or a few friends with plenty of room. I would also like to thank Steve and Emma for looking after us and for a lovely holiday! Steve is a great host and he always answered any questions we had, and was very helpful when answering us. Highly recommend Villa Vida
A week of relaxation in beautiful Villa Vida!!
By Dee on 28-Sep-2025A week of relaxation in beautiful Villa Vida!! The villa itself was spotless and beautifully laid out. The Bathrooms and showers were gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and also very handy to have the washing machine. We really loved the pool and spent our days in it and lazing by it. Lots of sun loungers and a lovely outdoor seating area with an L shaped couch. The pool table is a great addition, we had lots of fun using it. There are two bbqs, we used the Canarian style one on one of the evenings. Aqualava Waterpark is literally across the road which was so convenient. Bus stop only 5 minute walk which we used to go to a beautiful Marina and Playa Blanca town itself. 5 minute walk to Playa Flamingo beach with a lovely safe beach and some bars and restaurants. Fabulous walk along the sea front from there to Playa Blanca with lots of lovely restaurants. Will definitely book this villa again next time we go back to Lanzarote.

By Kerry on 02-Aug-2025The villa was so lovely and spacious. Well equipped and had a welcoming feel. The pool was really warm and a good size. Plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture. Playa flamingo beach and a good selection of restaurants were only 10 minutes walk. We hired a car which meant we could explore other beaches, in particular playa papagayo which was stunning and definitely worth a visit. There is a Lidl about 7 minutes drive from the villa which was well stocked. If you want to try scuba diving there is a great place about 5 minutes drive from the villa. Good instructors and well organised. We did go to the waterpark which is a 5 minute walk. Lots of fun for families. We had a lovely week away and the villa was in a good location.
