Description
Villa Zinnia is a modern 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed villa on a corner plot with private heated pool. The pool has a cover and is heated all year round. Located close to Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca - 5 minutes walk to a well stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to Las Coloradas beach, and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Marina Rubicon. The property has a large terrace with six sunloungers, table and chairs, sun awning for shade, sofa and BBQ. Upstairs is a terrace with stunning mountain views.The villa has been refurbished in a contemporary style and has lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The ground floor has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and smart TV with UK and Spanish channels. The dining area has chairs and a granite topped breakfast bar, and the well-equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery and cookware. The kitchen opens onto a laundry area with washing machine and clothes airer. Downstairs are one bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds, and another modern bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. All bedrooms have good wardrobe space, fans, good lighting and mirrors. Beds have duvets in winter. The upstairs terrace has stunning views of the Ajache mountains and is a glorious place to sit with a glass of wine on the cosy sofas.
The large terrace space at the villa is very well designed for spending lots of time outdoors. There are six modern sunloungers, a comfortable sofa, a Canarian barbecue, and a table and chairs perfectly located under a retractable awning so that you can dine in the shade.
The property has lots of extras including hairdryer, iron & ironing board, pool towels, safety deposit box (free to use), and we even provide a welcome pack with water, wine, beer, juice, milk, biscuits, tea and coffee!
There is parking directly outside the villa.
The property is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, but the town centre is just 5 minutes by car or taxi, and the airport about 35 minutes by car.

By Colin Gill on 05-Nov-2025Stayed at Villa Zinnia for a week in November, very nice villa with all the amenities you would need, a heated pool which was a little bit smaller than we thought, but that was good as it was not too deep like bigger pools which is great for families with kids, also the pool area benefits from the sun all day, good layout inside with tv with ALL channels in English and the wifi worked well, so all in all a good stay and I would recommend this villa. Also good contact from Gill with all the details of codes for safe, keys, and alarm.

Enjoyable stay

Wonderful Week
By Jan on 01-Feb-2024A comfortable house, with private pool. The beer and wine were cold in the fridge, this was delicious after traveling. Lovely showers and great bedrooms and beds. Supermarket within walking distance. Contact with the host also went well. In short, we had a wonderful week.

By David on 13-Nov-2023Our stay was really enjoyable. Quiet and secluded. Amenities all very good. Supermarket only 5 mins walk away. Can get to Rubicon along beautiful coastal path in 20 mins. Would definitely recommend. Gill was very helpful when we had an issue with taxi transfer and luggage storage on return home. Much appreciated.
