Description
Casa Casablanca is in the tranquil, yet central Carlos Park area of Playa Blanca, 15 to 20 minutes walk to the town centre and 5 minutes walk to the seafront. From the terrace you have glimpses of the sea over the gardens and views of the stunning Montana Roja volcano. The villa is all on one level. The villa has a very relaxing feel and features Moroccan décor.The airy lounge has two sofas and TV with UK and international channels. Patio doors open onto the terrace. The kitchen has oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery and cookware. A utility room has washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bedroom 1 has twin beds pushed together, and patio doors to the terrace with views to the sea. There is a safety deposit box and ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath with shower over, mirror, and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a high ceiling, and a stand fan. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, drawers, mirror, shutters with mosquito nets and blackout curtains. Bathroom 2 has a walk in shower, toilet and twin washbasins. The villa’s L-shaped terrace has Moroccan wall lights and lanterns creating a lovely effect and atmosphere after dark. There is a ceramic topped table and chairs, four sunloungers with cushions, a dining area with large table and bench-style seating with cushions, and a cosy seating area. The two pergolas give the option to sit in the sun or shade for most of the day. Free parking is on the community's private road just to the side of the villa 30m away.
Carlos Park is a quiet complex where villas are well spaced amongst attractive gardens. 15 to 20 minutes walk along the seafront brings you to the town’s harbour and the start of the area of the seafront promenade, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a well-stocked supermarket in the town centre. Five minutes walk from the villa in the opposite direction you’ll find La Mulata centre, where there are restaurants with fabulous views sea views, and a stylish cocktail bar. There is also a quiet natural beach in front of La Mulata Centre with an excellent diving school. 15 minutes walk past La Mulata Centre takes you to Faro Park with its highly rated restaurants, and Pechiguera lighthouse – a wonderful rugged place to watch the sea rolling in and enjoy the stunning sunsets. Aqua Lava waterpark is a 5 minute walk from the villa.

Perfect for a relaxing break

It was our first time self catering and we were a bit nervous however we had nothing to worry about The property has everything you need, beautifully furnished throughout, really comfortable sofas and beds and fantastic showers. The decor is stunning! In a quiet residential area, perfect for al fresco dining and for watching the beautiful sunsets (and sunrises) We have already booked for next year
