This is a truly lovely, recently (2023) refurbished property, that has a beautiful and mature garden and pool area, providing a perfect base to enjoy the sunshine of Lanzarote and the many charms of Playa Blanca. It is located in the residential area, of Costa Papagayo, in Playa Blanca. on the eastern side, towards the Marina Rubicon and Playa Dorada locations.
INTERIOR
Kitchen/Living Room:
The front door opens into the hallway that leads into a stylish open plan kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has all modern appliances, including induction hob, with pop up extractor fan, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster etc.
The living room has a large L shaped sofa, providing comfortable seating for 4, a coffee table and SMART TV, with Mag box (providing all BBC/ITV/CH4/5 etc, all Sky channels, box sets, movies and much more). The living room has air conditioning.
Dining Room/Conservatory Area:
There are doors leading from the living room to a spacious conservatory area that provides a table with chairs for inside dining for 4, together with a chill out two seater and chair, which enables complete relaxation whilst enjoying views out towards the beautiful garden and pool terrace. There is a pellet stove available for the cooler evenings, should it be required.
Utility Room:
Leading off from the 3rd bedroom (accessed from the hallway), is the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Super king bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps, set of drawers, and overhead fan. Doors lead out to the conservatory area. It has an ensuite with WC, large, walk in shower, with screen and wash basin with vanity mirror.

Single bedroom with chest of drawers, bedside table and overhead fan.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
As impressive as this property is inside, it is the outside area that is the real gem. Spacious, beautifully presented, with a gazebo style seating area, it is a perfect area for relaxing on the sunbeds, soaking up the sun and enjoying your favourite tipple.
The highlight is the 3.5m x 10m, private, electrically heated (November to April inclusive) pool (1.5m to 1.8m deep), with roman steps leading in.
There is also a roof terrace that presents lovely, mountain views.

This Property is situated in the residential area of Costa Papagayo of Playa Blanca and is approximately a 25-30 minute walk to the beautiful sea front promenade and on to the Papagayo Beach’s and the Marina Rubicon in one direction and the centre of Playa Blanca in the other direction.
The exclusive Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca has a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities all this can be found within 20 minute’s walk of this property.
Reliable and affordable bus and taxi services are also available, making it convenient to explore various areas of interest.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off street parking for one car. The property is all on one floor, with the exception of the roof terrace that provides mountain views.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 2 people sharing. Guests over 2 are charged at a supplement. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver has to be taken.

Everything you Need
By Gill Naylor on 26-Jan-2026A large beautiful villa with an exceptional outdoor space. The large living spaces and two main bedrooms were fantastic, comfortable and well furnished. There are four large TVs. The kitchen is large and very well equipped with everything you could need for self catering. The bathrooms are great, although the ensuite is a little on the small side. The crowning glory is the outdoor space. There is a large pool, two dining areas one undercover, a pool table and table tennis table, as well as a large bbq. Everything you need for a fun holiday. The walk to the restaurants and shops of Playa Blanca took around 30 minutes or a five minute car ride. I would highly recommend this villa and it's definitely large enough for a family of six or two couples. All communication with the rental company was excellent and their response time really good. The only thing that could be improved was the Internet connection which was very weak at times.

Xmas stay
By Jayne on 21-Dec-2025The villa is lovely, everything we needed. The pool was heated and the garden is beautiful. We walked to Playa Blanca front on a few days, it takes about 25 minutes. A car is needed if you can’t walk far. The couple sleeping in the king bed said the bed was very uncomfortable, the twin beds were fine. On arrival at Arrecife airport there were long queues so expect a wait while having to use the new digital system. Families and EU nationals had shorter queues. We took a taxi to accommodation, details provided by the agent on how to get there. However we could not find the accommodation as the agent gave us the wrong address. I was close to tears thinking it was a scam, we drove around in the taxi for a long time, the taxi driver was very kind. I phoned the agent who then informed us we had wrong details and guided us to correct villa. Gary the agent met us there. We really enjoyed our week and would definitely use the Montana Vista villa again. Beware you get the correct details of the villa

Enjoyed our stay
By Adam Stevens on 22-Aug-2025We loved our stay, it was exactly what we were looking for. Very private and peaceful at the villa. Excellent facilities and cleanliness. Approx 10-15 minute walk to the Marina area which was where we ate out and enjoyed the market. We hired bikes for our stay and chose to explore the quieter coves of the Papagayo area. If you like white sand and crystal clear water you will be in heaven. Some people may appreciate a car but we found bike and foot perfect with a teenager.
Beautiful and spacious
By Madelyn on 24-Jun-2025Even more beautiful and spacious than seen in the pictures. Brilliant accommodation, spotlessly clean and tidy with modern appliances and decor. Host was friendly and proactive, responding within the hour if we had any questions / asked for recommendations before and during the stay. Had a small issue with electricity one day - apparently common in Lanzarote - and the villa manager called us within 20 minutes of messaging - on a Friday evening no less - to talk us through a quick fix so that we could enjoy the rest of the night. We felt very well looked after. Location felt safe, friendly, and peaceful, with beach and restaurants all under 30 mins walk and an Aldi just 15 mins in the other direction. Mountain views and garden area with private pool were stunning. Couldn’t recommend enough!
