Offering 3 bedrooms, the villa accommodates up to 5 guests and sits in a peaceful cul-de-sac, with both a supermarket and café less than five minutes’ walk away.Inside, the villa is comfortably styled, providing a clean and inviting self-catering retreat. The ground floor features an open-plan lounge with a dining space and direct access to the sunny pool terrace. There’s also a separate, fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation. On this floor, you’ll find a single bedroom and a convenient cloakroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys an en-suite and private balcony with lovely sea views. A twin room and a family bathroom are also located on this upper level.
Outside, the south-facing terrace and plunge pool (dimensions: 5.00m x 3.00m, depth 1.50m) are perfectly positioned to soak up the sunshine all day long. The owners have recently upgraded the exterior with stylish grey non-slip tiles, creating a safe and modern outdoor space. The pool is ideal for a refreshing dip on warm afternoons, whether you're spending time with friends or family. You’ll also find a shaded outdoor dining area for long lunches and a built-in barbecue with a second dining space nearby. There are endless ways to enjoy outdoor living here under the Playa Blanca sun. From Casa Cielo Azul, it’s under 20 minutes’ walk to Marina Rubicon, or take a scenic stroll the other way to reach the stunning Papagayo beaches.

By Julie on 22-Feb-2024The villa fit the description perfectly. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. Great size bathrooms with double sink units. The balcony off the double bedroom had a lovely view and was perfect for morning coffee. Although the pool is relatively small it was lovely to take a dip and cool down …it was well used. Someone came to clean and then treat the pool whilst we were there. The lounge and outside dining area were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The utility area with washing machine was very useful. The area was really peaceful of an evening and there was a supermarket at the end of the street, which was well stocked. Rubicón marina is just a 10 minute walk along the promenade and is very smart with lovely restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa."
We had the best stay
By Darren on 15-Sep-2024We had the best stay. The weather was great and the villa was perfect. The area was so peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted. We ventured to the marina a couple of times an had great food and drink. The local shop and cafe bar was great and very affordable. We’ll definitely look at booking again in the future.
