We had everything we needed and more
By Gail on 09-May-2025Had an absolutely fabulous stay in Playa Blanca with Optima Villas. We had everything we needed and more. The staff kept us informed of anything that was happening in the area so we were aware. We had a slight issue with the lock on the front door but someone arrived within an hour and sorted it within minutes. Superb service. We weren't expecting it to be resolved so quickly. We were also afforded an early check in which was very much appreciated, (i know this is not always possible) and on arrival we were greeted with a fabulous welcome pack! This was my first time booking with Optima. It certainly won't be my last!! Thanks Optima, I hope to see more of your fabulous accommodations in the near future
