Recently updated with a contemporary and fresh vibe both inside and out, Villa Valencia offers the ideal setting for a peaceful getaway in Playa Blanca.Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious and airy lounge area with a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge includes a flatscreen TV with a wide range of UK and European channels. From the lounge, all the bedrooms are accessible, with the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom located to the right. The master bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV offering access to Netflix. The other two bedrooms, one double and one twin, share a large family bathroom. All bedrooms feature air conditioning, which is operated by a coin meter.
Outside, there is a private heated pool (dimensions: 5.60m x 2.00m, depth 1.50m to 1.30m), allowing you to enjoy swimming year-round. The south-facing sun terrace and dining area make it the perfect spot to relax by the pool and soak up the Lanzarote sunshine in any season.
Parking is available in the car park just outside the gated complex, only a short walk from the villa.
