Nestled in a peaceful location with stunning views of the Ajache Mountains, Villa Mariposa offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. This charming 3-bedroom villa features a spacious and private outdoor area with a heated swimming pool (6.80m x 2.75m, depth 1.60m), making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. Despite its tranquil setting, it’s within walking distance to the lively center of Playa Blanca, and the new Aldi supermarket is just 7 minutes away!Located in the popular Costa Papagayo area, Villa Mariposa is only a 25-minute walk from the sandy Dorada Beach. The outdoor space provides complete privacy, with breathtaking views of the mountains, and the pool terrace is south-facing for all-day sunshine. The private heated pool is surrounded by generous sun terraces and gardens, offering ample space for sunbathing. Additionally, there is a lovely shaded patio area for alfresco dining and living. For families with young children, a removable safety fence for the pool is available upon request.
Inside, the villa features a cozy lounge with doors leading to the pool terrace and access to a private courtyard at the entrance. Adjacent to the lounge is the kitchen, with a utility room and open access to the dining area, which also has a door to the pool terrace and the outdoor kitchen area. The villa is equipped with WiFi and TV, offering a wide selection of UK and European channels.
All the accommodation is on one level, with the bedrooms located along a hallway off the living room. The two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, while the other bedrooms share a family bathroom. Air conditioning is available in the master and one of the double bedrooms, with use via a coin meter.

The heated pool for our October holiday was perfect and even the adults got in! Perfect villa and would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Playa Blanca
The villa is spotless and very well equipped

Villa is spotless and very well equipped, pool and outside is perfect and great barbecue area which was well used. All shops restaurants and amenities in easy walking if you dont have a car. Villa location is in a quiet residential area perfect for relaxing. I highly, highly recommend this villa and also Optima Villas. You just cant fault them. Great communication and people who care about your holiday. Thanks Optima Villas and to the owners of this lovely villa too. You'll see us again very soon.
