Description
Villa Sapphire is a spacious 6-bedroom property just a 10-minute walk from Marina Rubicon, providing quick access to a wide range of restaurants, shops, and bars. The villa boasts a generous outdoor space featuring a long, heated swimming pool (dimensions: 10.5m x 2.50m, depth 1.50m), along with added bonuses such as a pool and table tennis table—making it the perfect place to relax with friends or family while staying close to local attractions.Inside, the villa offers a large lounge area equipped with a flat-screen TV offering a full selection of UK and European channels. To one side of the lounge, you’ll find the master suite with its own bathroom and dressing area, along with a twin bedroom and bathroom. On the opposite side of the lounge is a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area with a utility room attached. This section of the villa also includes two additional bedrooms—one double and one twin—both with en-suite bathrooms. All first-floor bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Patio doors from both the lounge and kitchen/diner lead directly to the outdoor areas.
The exterior features a sun-soaked terrace with ample space for lounging by the pool, plus a shaded dining area complete with a built-in BBQ—ideal for enjoying meals outside.
The lower level of the villa has been fully updated and now includes a further two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). Fans are provided in these bedrooms. This floor also features a kitchenette, a lounge with pool and table-tennis tables, and a dedicated gym room. There’s a TV screen with an HDMI port, so you can connect a laptop or tablet using an adapter. An additional sun terrace on this level offers direct access to the main pool area above.

Fabulous

The amount of space was huge, the facilities extraordinarily, the pool and outdoor are well designed for lazy pool days. On arrival all instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a 10 min walk from the marina with great bars and restaurants, a much longer walk was needed to the centre of playa Blanca but there was a bus stop at the end of the road which was 2.8 euros. The number 30 bus followed a circular route all day around the resort and outer areas. The villa was supplied with drinking water, milk, cereal, orange juice and tea:coffee so if you arrive late you are not stranded without supplies. The only negative to this Biko was the constant tripping of the electricity.
