Description
Villa Sapphire is a spacious 6-bedroom property just a 10-minute walk from Marina Rubicon, providing quick access to a wide range of restaurants, shops, and bars. The villa boasts a generous outdoor space featuring a long, heated swimming pool (dimensions: 10.5m x 2.50m, depth 1.50m), along with added bonuses such as a pool and table tennis table—making it the perfect place to relax with friends or family while staying close to local attractions.Inside, the villa offers a large lounge area equipped with a flat-screen TV offering a full selection of UK and European channels. To one side of the lounge, you’ll find the master suite with its own bathroom and dressing area, along with a twin bedroom and bathroom. On the opposite side of the lounge is a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area with a utility room attached. This section of the villa also includes two additional bedrooms—one double and one twin—both with en-suite bathrooms. All first-floor bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Patio doors from both the lounge and kitchen/diner lead directly to the outdoor areas.
The exterior features a sun-soaked terrace with ample space for lounging by the pool, plus a shaded dining area complete with a built-in BBQ—ideal for enjoying meals outside.
The lower level of the villa has been fully updated and now includes a further two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). Fans are provided in these bedrooms. This floor also features a kitchenette, a lounge with pool and table-tennis tables, and a dedicated gym room. There’s a TV screen with an HDMI port, so you can connect a laptop or tablet using an adapter. An additional sun terrace on this level offers direct access to the main pool area above.

By Alastair on 30-Nov-2024Fantastic stay in Villa Sapphire. It has a huge amount of space and is spotless throughout. The pool is the cleanest we've used in 10 years of visiting. We'll definitely be back, and can recommend Optima Villas.
