Fully renovated property, modern and functional decoration. All the amenities both inside (Satellite TV, air conditioning, wifi...) and outside (heated private pool(*heating is optional), barbecue, relaxation area, parking...).Just 800 meters far from Puerto Marina Rubicón.
The space
The house has been completely renovated, and we have taken care of every detail to make it comfortable and functional. Inside, the ground floor is a large open space with direct access to the pool and chillout area. It has air conditioning in the ground floor. It also has an outdoor dining area, and barbecue.
Spacious bedrooms with large wardrobes. 180x200 bed in main bedroom and 105x200 individual beds in secondary bedroom.
Guest access
Guests have access to all facilities of the villa.
Heated pool (price of the heating is extra 20€ per day). Previous request at least 7 days in advance.

The pool and outdoor area were beautiful—perfect for relaxing. It’s also very close to the beach, with a lovely and peaceful walk nearby. Highly recommended!
