This Vacation Rental Home is located in a peaceful residential area called Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 5 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.


Inside the property, you can relax amid the stylishly furnished and decorated accommodation, which provides a cool place to relax out of the sunshine. The wonderful, open plan design of the lounge and dining area creates a fantastic feeling of spaciousness within the property.

Outside, a covered terrace offers space to dine alfresco, looking out over the private pool and patio area.

This Vacation Rental Home is two storey and on the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, firdgr/freezer and breakfast bar. The lounge, 2 twin bedrooms with free standing fans, a bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine.

The first floor has the master bedroom with en-suite, double bed, free standing fan and patio doors. There is another twin bedroom with a free standing fan.

This Vacation Rental Home has satellite TV, DVD player, CD player & Radio with iPod dock, and WiFi internet connection.

There is a roman style private electrically heated pool which you access by steps which is 1.20m x 1.60m depth and 7.00m x 3.50m dimensions.There is a built in BBQ for all of those warm summer nights where you can eat under a covered area.
