A beautiful Vacation Rental home set in a quiet neighbourhood in Playa Blanca with an easy walk into the town centre.

The property boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a kingsize bed with patio doors leading to the private pool area that is not overlooked. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and sink. Fully fitted wardrobes are available for your use and there is a safe in the wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes again with access to the pool/patio area. This and bedroom number 3 which is a twin room have a shared bathroom with a bath with shower over and a toilet, bidet and sink.

The lounge area is tastefully designed with a comfy sofa and chair, ther is a flat screen TV with plenty of TV channels to keep everyone occupied in multiple languages. WIFI is of course available at this property.

The open plan kitchen and lounge area has been beautifully designed with glass doors on two sides, one side overlooks the childrens play area and the other overlooks the pool/patio area. If you keep the doors closed to the pool area and keep the gate outside closed then children can run free in the play area without having access to the pool. The childrens play area has been laid with artificial grass and there are a couple of sun loungers so you can relax and watch the children play.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and microwave. There is a kitchen island with two bar stools.

Opening the gate to the pool/patio area you will find the 8 x 4m electrically heated swimming pool with steps entry. There is a large Canarian BBQ for grilling some fresh fish or local meats or vegetables for some wonderful family meals in the comfort of your own private Villa. The villa is enclosed by a high wall which means you are not overlooked by anyone. There are sunloungers by the pool and a dining table and chairs..

The owners have provided a lot of equipment to keep everyone happy, a pool table, table tennis, bar football table, dart board, and many more outdoor toys and games for your enjoyment. There is also a running machine for use with those that want to keep their steps up.

Ceiling fans are fitted in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge for comfort.

A cot and high chair are complimentary.

All linen and hand/bath/tea towels are provided for your convenience including beach/pool towels.
