Perfect for one or two families so ideal to share costs and large enough not to be on top of each other.There are beautiful views of mountains to the rear of the villa. The private garden with its high walls has an 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool. A BBQ and plenty of sun beds, relax in this garden or take a dip in the pool.
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms; newly furnished with lovely comfy seating in the lounge and in the garden, relax and listen to music or enjoy great conversation with friends. This villa is very well equipped with modern conveniences including Wi-Fi, a smart 60 inch TV in the lounge with satellite installed so you can watch British TV and sky including sports and movies. A stereo player and a vast selection of cd's. Video Library is Netflix on both TV's.
Close enough for all amenities , 7 min walk to the new Aldi, 15/20 min walk to the Dorada beach, bars and restaurants. Cabs are plenty and only 4 euros per cab each way.

Absolutely perfect villa and location.
By garry and anne on 01-Jun-2025Absolutely perfect villa and location. The villa has everything you could possibly need and more. Great size rooms and swimming pool. The pool is great for little ones as it has gradual steps inside the pool and a small divider wall with depth of about 3ft approx. I could touch the bottom and I am about 5ft 4inches. Fantastic views of the mountain. All very clean and well maintained. Kathy emailed me during the week to make sure everything was ok. Ample room out the front of you wanted to hire a car. The villa is about a 20 minute walk to the sea front, literally turn left out of the cul-de-sac and go straight on, you can’t go wrong. You will also pass a supermarket just before the seafront. Scooters are very popular there now as well. We generally walked there and back, a couple of times we got a taxi which cost just under €4!! A definite recommendation. We have booked again for next year!
The heated pool and the hot tub are just the cherry on the cake.
By david on 23-May-2025Firstly let me say, I am very hard to please and usually I can find fault in most places that I stay but this villa was one of the rare occasions where this was not the case. Everything was perfect. From the owner Kathy, to the accommodation and the location. Kathy was easy to communicate with and very prompt in her responses. She also went out of her way to ensure that any extra requests were met. The villa was more than expected with the pictures not even doing the place justice. Clean, comfortable, very well equipped and close to everything. The heated pool and the hot tub are just the cherry on the cake. And finally the location is just lovely. With a south facing garden you get the sun all day and it’s a leisurely 20 minutes walk down to the beach strip with all the lovely bars and restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and it will definitely be my go to whenever I want to come back to Playa Blanca
