Montaña Vista is a stunning villa which is referred to as a real home from home.

Quiet location yet less than 15 minutes walk to Playa Blanca

Montaña Vista has a peaceful vibe yet close enough to Playa Blanca, so a car is not essential.

Private villa 2 minutes walk to Aqua Lava Water park. Further 5 minutes walk to Playa Flamingo beach & restaurants. Stunning sandy beach.

12 - 15 minutes walk in to Playa Blanca.

Villa set out on one floor, with added roof terrace for amazing views & additional seating.

So many sensational restaurants within easy walking distance.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms for night time use.

The villa has off road parking, with a pedestrian entrance leading to the tall double wooden doors for the enclosed front courtyard. There is a keysafe positioned there for access to the keys to enter the front courtyard. By the front door is the second keysafe for the keys to enter the villa. The villa is alarmed and all doors and windows have sensors. Please ensure that the alarm is set every time you leave the villa.

When you enter the villa you have the separate kitchen located on your right and external door leading to the outside utility and the stairs up to the roof terrace.

The lounge is off to your right, with tall ceilings and doors leading off to the enclosed swimming pool and grassed areas. There are several seating areas outside, with the 2 main ones being covered for all year use.

Through the door to your left from the entrance is the corridor leading to the separate dining room.

The first door on your left is for the small shower room.

The door opposite is for the double bedroom with windows over the pool area.

The dining room has sufficient seating for 8, with large patio doors to the outside sofa area and also over looks the pool.

The second door on your left off the corridor is the first of 2 twin bedded bedrooms.

The family bathroom is straight ahead, with a bath with shower combined.

The master bedroom suite is the final door on your right, with a super kingsized bed. The door leading off leads to the walk through dressing room and then finally the ensuite bathroom.

All bedrooms have air con for night time use. You are politely asked not to leave the air con on throughout the day.

Kitchen fully fitted with oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, filter coffee machine, fridge freezer. Washing machine positioned in the outside utility with the external stairs leading up to the private roof terrace.

Full TV / Sports package.

WiFi.

Heated pool (additional charge applies).

The outdoor pool table is to be covered when not in use. The cues are available for your use.

The outdoor table tennis table is to be covered when not in use. Bats are available for you use.

There is an outdoor dart board for your use. Guests are reminded that darts are only to be used by responsible adults.

Check out before 10am

Full instructions provided prior to your arrival. 2 x 4-digit codes will be required for the external key safes for access to the keys for the villa.

25% deposit upon booking with the balance payable 12 weeks prior to your arrival.
