With amenities like AC and heating in all bedrooms and the main living room, Fiber Broadband / Wi-Fi is also at the property, The Swimming Pool is fully heated to 29/30 degrees and the size is 7 meters by 4 meters with a shallow end of 1.35 meters and the deep end is 1.65 meters , Experience the magic of Playa Blanca at our villa. There are now local supermarkets Lidl and Aldi just a few minutes away.Playa Blanca town center is a short level 20 minute walk away or a 3 minute drive.

By Shaz Ahmad on 16-Nov-2024Where to start. What an amazing villa ! Took my family here for my Nan’s birthday and it had everything that was needed ! The cleanliness of the villa was expectational. Everything was finished to a high standard, well described and perfectly located, with in walking distance of the beach and a local shop. Would recommend this villa to everyone, don’t think twice about booking ! Just do it Can’t wait to come back, this will be the only place I’ll stay.

Plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors beautiful pool area with plenty of room for sunbathing. There is also a rooftop terrace with great views. Just a short 10-15 min walk from the beach, restaurants & bars. Location of villa is perfect.

The villa was beautiful inside and out, such beautiful decoration and can see it was very well thought out. Inside the villa it is very clean and spacious, in the kitchen there is plenty of room with all the appliances you need and was very luxurious to see there were branded appliances as well! The garden and the swimming pool area was very spacious, lovely to have sun-beds by the pool and still have room around the garden! The viewing deck upstairs was stunning and could see for miles! The swimming pool was also really nice and was heated which was a surprise! Absolutely beautiful villa and in a great location, already booked to come back! Fabulous hosts, thank you so much.
