Located in Las Coloradas, a quiet area of Playa Blanca, Casa Kerrie is just a 5-minute walk to the El Pueblo shopping centre with its small Superdino supermarket, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, 5 minutes’ walk to Coloradas Beach, and around 25 minutes’ walk to Marina Rubicón. Playa Blanca town centre is a short 5-minute car or taxi ride, and the airport is approximately 35 minutes by car.
Casa Kerrie is a semi-detached villa set on a corner plot within a gated community in the peaceful Las Coloradas area. The villa offers a lovely balance of indoor and outdoor living, with an L-shaped terrace and a small garden area perfect for relaxing in the Lanzarote sunshine.
Inside, the ground floor has an open-plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge features a comfortable L-shaped sofa and TV with UK channels, and opens directly onto the terrace. The lounge has air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware. There’s also a convenient downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. At the front of the villa, there is a utility room which houses a washing machine for guest use.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms, both with sea views and fitted wardrobes offering hanging space and drawers. The main bedroom has air conditioning. The upstairs bathroom has been fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
Outside, the villa’s L-shaped terrace provides plenty of space for outdoor living, with four sunloungers, a dining table and chairs, parasol, and an outdoor shower beside the private 3×5.5m pool. Guests can also enjoy access to a large communal swimming pool within the complex.
Parking is available on the street directly outside the complex. The property can be accessed by communal ramp or stairs.
Casa Kerrie comes with lots of thoughtful extras to make your stay comfortable, including a hairdryer, straighteners, iron and ironing board, pool towels, and we also provide a complimentary welcome pack with water, wine, beer, juice, biscuits, tea and coffee.
Check in is from 3pm
Checkout is by 10am
We ask guests to send us their flight times, and will always try to accommodate earlier check in and later checkout, subject to our other bookings
Playa Blanca is 35 minutes drive from Arrecife airport
25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival
Payment is by bank transfer in euro

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable as was the kitchen and sitting room area. I was particularly delighted with the fact that both bath and pool towels were provided. The property was spotlessly clean and located in an ideal area. I would definitely recommend staying in Casa Kerrie and look forward to booking again.
A Perfect Stay at Casa Kerrie, Playa Blanca!
By James on 01-Jul-2025We had an absolutely wonderful time at Casa Kerrie in Playa Blanca. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and even better than the photos. The villa is beautifully presented — bright, modern, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The private pool area was a highlight — peaceful, sunny all day, and perfect for both relaxing and dining outdoors. The beds were super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the villa cool during the warmer afternoons. The location couldn’t be better: just a short drive or a nice walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel completely private and quiet. Kerrie was a fantastic host — very friendly, quick to reply to any questions, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.
The perfect get away

I found myself relaxing in the sunshine on the loungers beside the pool in the back garden for most of my stay!! The house was set up and ready from the moment we set foot in it. Beach towels, a GHD (very much needed!), and a fully furnished kitchen meant we felt at home and didn’t want for anything. The location of the house meant we were close to local shops while also having our own peace and quiet. Casa Kerrie was a place to recharge and relax, a little slice of heaven. Kerrie, the owner, was so helpful and was constantly available for any questions or queries we had. I couldn’t recommend this more for anyone looking to get away from the stress of life and to enjoy a chill break away.

By John on 04-Jul-2025Family friendly place to stay close to all amenities the villa had all we could hope for .while pool is not heated it was never cold during our stay . While my wife has mobility issue the villa was excessable The owner of this villa has thought of eventhing for a family stay The room were presently surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was also had everything for cooking you would find in your own home We had the best two weeks holiday experience . Very clean our girls found all the usual things from ghd to hair dryers Would stay again if this property came on the .market again
