Villa Maria is situated in the cosmopolitan Marina Rubicon. The property is furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay in this wonderful resort. This is an ideal peaceful location for families, couples or small groups of friends. It is close enough to all essential amenities so a car is not a necessity. The villa is private and yet on the doorstop of all the wonderful facilities the Marina has to offer, including shopping, dining and entertainment for all tastes and budgets. Playa Dorada beach is only a five minute walk along the seafront and if you continue a further ten minutes you will find the town beach, port and old town.
3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property, 1 en suite bathroom. Large lounge diner, separate kitchen with all amenities. Outside patio area with private heated pool. Fully air conditioned throughout.
Air conditioning is installed, paid locally via a coin meter that accepts €1 & €2 coins. A travel cot and a high chair is provided if required. The pool and rear garden area has recently been completely refurbished. In our view it is the best location in Playa Blanca.
Check in is from 15.00 / Check out is up to 10.00. Where possible and if bookings allow, we can offer an early check in and a late check out
The villa is approximately 30 minutes drive from the airport. We can advise good transfer companies, taxis are available to and from the airport. Full driving directions are available.
£150 deposit and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
