Casa LucindaA modern private villa,situated on the exclusive residential area of Parque Del Rey,which is popular for it's privacy and great location.The villa has it's own electrically heated pool,which is surrounded by a south facing ,private sun terrace,and traditional Spanish BBQ.There is an alfresco dining area,with pergola roof,to really enjoy those warm,relaxing evenings.

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking,the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.Failure to pay the balance rental by the due date,will be taken as cancellation of the booking,and the deposit will not be returned.

Property was Fantastic

Villa Is Just Incredible
By Vivienne Sassoon on 12-Jul-2025Lucinda's villa is just incredible-airy,spotless and peaceful.We loved the pool which was a good size.Loved the seating area outside.The location is perfect.15 mins approx to the town,with lots of bars and restaurants.The marina area is further but still walking distance.We would definitely recommend this villa.....We are missing it already! Thanks Lucinda
Everything We Needed
