Casa LucindaA modern private villa,situated on the exclusive residential area of Parque Del Rey,which is popular for it's privacy and great location.The villa has it's own electrically heated pool,which is surrounded by a south facing ,private sun terrace,and traditional Spanish BBQ.There is an alfresco dining area,with pergola roof,to really enjoy those warm,relaxing evenings.

Perfect for us as a couple looking for a relaxing break..Quiet location but easy access to the centre of Playa Blanca.Excellent WI-Fi.Wide range of programmes/UK channels on the tv.Excellent communication with the owner.We have already booked to return!
Great Villa
By Richard Barter on 25-Mar-2026Great Villa about 15 mins walk from shops,restaurants and nearby beaches.Villa had everything needed.Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,toaster,kettle etc.TV with UK channels incl movies and sport.Fast WIFI.Comfortable bed.Good shower.Highlight was private outside garden and heated pool which was cleaned twice during my stay.Good communication from host before and during stay to check everything was ok.

By Serafin Barrena Rico on 04-Mar-2026The house was very comfortable,with everything you need.The exterior was fantastic,with a sheltered area,sun loungers,a barbeque ,and a heated pool with a perfect temperature even during the winter months.The convenience of being able to pick up and drop off the keys independently in the door lockbox was also noteworthy.Highly recommended.The owner was always attentive to every detail.Thankyou for everything!!!!

Villa Is Just Incredible
By Vivienne Sassoon on 12-Jul-2025Lucinda's villa is just incredible-airy,spotless and peaceful.We loved the pool which was a good size.Loved the seating area outside.The location is perfect.15 mins approx to the town,with lots of bars and restaurants.The marina area is further but still walking distance.We would definitely recommend this villa.....We are missing it already!
