Amazing Villa Privately owned just Meters from Marina Rubicon, Amazing support, Refurbished, Loved by Owners

Our 3 bed villa is suitable for 2 people and large enough for up to six people but with en suite master bedroom is great for couples as well. We are JUST 250 meters from the Marina Rubicon and a nice stroll to the lovely Dorada Beach both accessible on foot as are many bar's, restaurants, shops and two good supermarkets and crucially being in a cul-de-sac you will get the sense of privacy and security which is of course very important.

Over the past five years there have been a number of improvements to the villa and in 2013 we invested in new lava walls and patio to create a feeling of traditional Lanzarote in the garden area for our clients and this is not all as the garden is planted with palms and cactus to create a truly Mediterranean atmosphere which complement your own private heated pool.

Many of our visitors are couples who enjoy the bigger space than a two bed villa however for larger groups or families there is ample space for up to six people. Crucially our repeat booking record is 60% and this means we are getting things about right we think. The villa is very popular because of location, great support and attention to detail.

Pool is private and Solar heated but not Electric heated so more kind to the environment but less warm in winter.

Love this Villa great for couples and bigger groups

Phil and Dawn are wonderful hosts, and every need is catered for. We have holidayed in both villas over the years and both are maintained to a high standard. Rooms are well furnished, clean and very comfortable and are complimented by interesting pieces of modern art and wall hangings. The smaller villa has a wonderful, beautifully finished bathroom. The rooms are spacious, light and welcoming. Both villas have a fantastic pool area with patio seating, sun loungers and bbq faci. The outdoor spaces are beautifully framed by modern artwork and the gardens are landscaped with colourful plants and mature palms. Every holiday we have spent at Rubicon villas has been wonderful and memorable. Whether sharing with family or friends or a holiday for two, you''ll find everything you need and more at villa Rubicon.

We have rented both of these spacious, home from home Villas. They are very simple to book just contact Phil he is always very helpful. We return to these villas because of their lovely peaceful location yet they are only minutes from all the amenities and restaurants of the Marina area. Have booked again for this summer and looking forward to seeing all the updates that have been made. Lesley

First time and coming back!

We have been to Lanzarote before and never the Marina Rubicon area. We have never been to Phil’s house before but my goodness how nice it is and so close to bars, beaches and restaurants. The Marina Rubicon is just 100 meters and we went out virtually every nice to one of the many brilliant restaurants. The villa itself has a wonderful private garden and we enjoyed many of hours in gorgeous sunshine. We have booked again and can’t wait.
