We recently had a 2 weeks stay in marina view 2, a lovely villa in a great tranquil location, spotlessly clean inside and a fantastic outdoor area with a private pool just 2 minutes walk from the supermarket and only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful marina rubicon with it's great choice of bars and restaurants, would definitely recommend and will be staying again,. Stayed in Marina View 2 for 2 weeks in April 24 The villa is very well situated near the Marina in Playa Blanca. With great seafront walking Bars, restaurants, shops and a lovely harbour. Communication with Phil and Dawn has been excellent with very quick answers to any questions. Lovely villa, well equipped with beautiful patio. Will be back in November and next year
Phil and Dawn are wonderful hosts, and every need is catered for. We have holidayed in both villas over the years and both are maintained to a high standard. Rooms are well furnished, clean and very comfortable and are complimented by interesting pieces of modern art and wall hangings. The smaller villa has a wonderful, beautifully finished bathroom. The rooms are spacious, light and welcoming. Both villas have a fantastic pool area with patio seating, sun loungers and bbq faci. The outdoor spaces are beautifully framed by modern artwork and the gardens are landscaped with colourful plants and mature palms. Every holiday we have spent at Rubicon villas has been wonderful and memorable. Whether sharing with family or friends or a holiday for two, you''ll find everything you need and more at villa Rubicon.
