Description
Casa Barroni is located in a small private residential area of Faro Park. The detached villa benefits from all you would expect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We offer free WiFi, a full internet TV package containing all your favourite programmes. The outdoor area has a beautiful 6.5x2.5m heated pool and two hot tubs, Canarian Barbeque, 3 outdoor seated areas for alfresco dining, or also shelter from the sun under the pergola.On the ground floor is a lounge with leather sofas and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, and a dining room seating 6 guests which also has patio doors onto the terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
We have a double bedroom and twin on the ground floor with a family bathroom, and upstairs you will find our master suite with superking bed, dressing area, ensuite bathroom and 2 private sunbathing terraces with sun loungers and a full set of table and chairs. We have coin operated air con in both the master suite and downstairs double bedroom as well as in our lounge.
Our laid lawn areas, hot tubs, barbeque and raised garden walls to allow our guests privacy whilst they relax in the sun. We have a full sized table tennis and American Pool table for those who are a bit more energetic or even a friendly game of darts to pass the time.
The property has lots of extras such as a hairdryer in each bathroom, pool towels, safety deposit box (free to use), and we provide a welcome pack with water, wine, beer, juice, tea, coffee and milk.
Casa Barroni benefits by being a 5 minute walk from the coastal path and 5-10 minute walk to the selection of restaurants and shops in Faro Park.
Faro Park has great selection of restaurants and bars. There is a small, well-stocked supermarket.
Playa Blanca town centre is just 10 minutes by car or taxi, or you can take the Playa Blanca circular bus which stops at Faro Park shops. You can also walk all the way along the seafront path, which takes about 45 minutes.

Leave ReviewWell equipped spacious villa
By Kath on 07-Nov-2025Stayed for 2 weeks at Casa Barroni - we had a great time at the villa which had everything we needed. Villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely welcome pack. The downstairs outdoor area, pool and hot tub were great for family fun, whilst the upstairs suite with double balcony, extra hot tub, and stunning views gave us somewhere for the grandees to retreat. The villa is situated at the Faro Park end of Playa Blanca, with local shops and restaurants a short walk away.
Wonderful holiday

Close to the coastal path, bus stop, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Gill was a phone call/message away if anything was needed (which it wasn’t). We will be returning.
Amazing Villa!
By Mark on 23-Sep-2025Stayed here for 10 nights, it was the best Villa we have ever stayed at. Very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could need. Outside area was well equipped with enough space and things for all to use.. the balcony’s upstairs had fabulous views. Communications from Gill were prompt and informative. Will definitely look to stay at this Villa in the future.

Amazing place
By Kayleigh Furse on 14-Aug-2025We loved our stay at Casa Barroni. It had everything you could possibly need and more. Tbe pool was a perfect temperature. The hot tubes were a nice touch. The villa is in easy walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shops. We will be sure to book in the future.

Great holiday villa

The villa was very well equipped but also very functional, comfortable & had really nice homely touches. The location in regards to shops, restaurants etc is great. Only a short drive to the main strip. And with views of the mountains, sea you can't go wrong. I would say the pictures of the villa don't do it justice!

Great Villa
By Lisa on 10-Feb-2024This villa was perfect for us. Spacious and with everything you would hope for. The pool was a delight - the warmest I've ever had the pleasure to swim in on holiday. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The location was fantastic - a short walk to the local shops and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurants; we ate out every night and all the meals were good. The local wine from the Yaiza vineyard was very good too.
